Beautiful and stunning secluded ultra luxury yet understated resort. If you want luxury and ultimate relaxation, this is the place. We had a beachfront pool villa which was a wonder to wake up to in the morning overlooking the beauty of the water. The staff are wonderful and the F&B is reasonably priced. We are big fans of Six Senses and glad we added this to our list. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us.

We stayed at the Six Senses Con Dao for five nights towards the end of our three week Vietnam holiday. It was just what we needed and a perfect experience - the most picturesque, calm and relaxing resort, with fabulous food, lovely facilities and the most amazing service. The villa we stayed in was excellent, it was spacious with fabulous views of the beach and bay. Housekeeping was also excellent - including a pillow menu! We were incredibly impressed by the two restaurants at the resort, the food was consistently good, plenty of choice and the breakfast spread was fabulous. The whole place is just amazing, there are so few villas that, other than at breakfast, we felt like we were the only ones there. The 2km beach was deserted most of the day and we had the sea to ourselves. As others have said, the real differentiator was the staff. The staff were all consistently lovely - incredibly polite, friendly and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our GEM was always available and incredibly quick to respond to queries. We loved the restaurant and bar staff (shout out to Phu who encouraged us to try the hotpot at the Vietnamese restaurant and then took the time to show us exactly how to cook and eat the meal). Also a huge thank you to Sola, the guide that took us snorkelling, who was patient, informative and also had a great sense of humour. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will definitely visit other Six Senses resorts as a result.
