Joondalup Resort

Rooms - Outdated and half the appliances not working! Also spotted mould. Pool is nice but not enough chairs. Restaurant is average - not much to choose from so if your staying a couple nights go elsewhere. Also can be very noisy at night

Very family friendly. Food is excellent. The staff were lovely - accommodating, patient, no request was a hassle. Views from spacious hotel rooms as beautiful. Very relaxing and fun atmosphere.

Had our mums 100th birthday there. Packed into a room near the pool like sardines. . Stinking hot day, no air conditioning. Had to ask for a drink 3 times it arrived 45 minutes later. We had to pre order our meals and they missed about 3 of us. They put the antipasto out after the main meal. Finally got my steak that was cut so thinly it should have been used for a sandwich just as dessert was being served. Absolutely terrible place. Would NEVER return there

Beautiful place, stayed for work reasons, staff were absolutely fantastic, great service, food was absolutely amazing, stayed in a disability suite with a client, the bathroom floor was a little slippery once wet , some rubber mats would be great as the wheelchair, we did suggest this to reception, as the wheelchair wouldn't grip on the floor i slept on on a fold out bed, the bed was very uncomfortable, very hard, woke up with a sore back, other than that, its a great place to stay, room was beautifully presented and clean, would definitely stay here again. Hotels, specially bathroom, very old fashion and rundown. Staff at reception extremly friendly and helpful, rest of staff unfriendly. Most of the sunchairs around the pool were in the direct sun, no help for umbrella to give shade, booking for dinner told us at 5 pm, we said no prefer 7 pm. They told us 8 pm which we didnt accept. When we came at 7 pm; the restaurant was almost empty. Room was overlooking the carpark, which was not nice and very noisy as well.
