71 Nyhavn Hotel Copenhagen. Superb location & staff. Stayed there, 13-16th Oct 2025. When entering the hotel one immediately feels the cosy atmosphere, reinforced by the welcome from the reception staff who were extremely helpful re transport options, directions, restaurants, tours etc. Breakfasts great - a very wide choice of foods, cold and hot, with omelettes etc. cooked on the spot. Everything was fresh- hot or cold foods all beautifully presented.. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced in a long time. Staff in the breakfast room/restaurant were most attentive and courteous. Would recommend opting for a bedroom with a view.

What a beautiful location, but more importantly was the staff. My wife and I booked a 10 day vacation, but a medical issue arose and we had to cut the trip to 5 days. .After the first 2 days my problem arose and we contacted the front desk on a Sunday and they had a doctor come to the hotel within an hour. I cannot say enough about how responsive the staff was to my medical issue.

I had a very pleasant stay at 71 Nyhavn Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. When I mentioned that my first room felt a bit dark and noisy, the staff immediately offered to change it — the service was truly excellent. Room service was also very responsive; when I called to check on a light issue, someone came within 5 minutes. They even followed up with a call to make sure everything was fine, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was great — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Even though I checked out early at 5am (before the usual 6:30am breakfast), they thoughtfully prepared a mini breakfast for me. Overall, a wonderful experience with warm and attentive service. Highly recommend staying here!

A bit noisy was the storage for garbage containers on the outside of the hotel. Especially when they were handled during the night!
