Incredible hotel
What a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, literally a 10-15m walk across the bridge to get to the centre of copenhagen and nyhavn and a nice little 5m walk to the nearest 7 eleven for some late night treats. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom and ticked every box for a lovely night sleep. Do choose this hotel for your Copenhagen visit as it will elevate the whole experience.

Beautiful hotel!
A beautiful hotel in a great location. We were able to walk around town and also take the ferry from just behind the hotel. The rooftop bar opened while we were there and it has gorgeous views of the city! Everything is expensive in Copenhagen. But I did love this hotel.

Treated like a queen
My stay at the NH Collection Copenhagen was truly wonderful. The room was comfortable and had great amenities, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. One of the highlights was the ability to go up to the rooftop—such a fantastic feature. It offered a beautiful setting to unwind and take in the views. The food was delicious! What truly made my experience unforgettable, however, was the extraordinary level of service. A very special thank you to Gülcan Pinarci, Guest Relations & Concierge Manager, who went above and beyond in every possible way. From the warm welcome before my arrival to the thoughtful recommendations and genuine care throughout my stay, I truly felt treated like a queen. The kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated my entire visit. Because of this, my stay was not just comfortable—it was truly memorable. Warm service that truly stands out
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The location is also a big plus. Xenia at reception made a real difference during my visit. As a female solo traveller in Copenhagen for the first time, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I’m very grateful for her warmth, attentiveness, and the thoughtful, practical advice she shared—it made exploring the city so much easier.

Fabulous from start to finish
This is a fabulous hotel, excellent location for getting about town, staff very professional efficient and helpful, room a superior river view, v v clean , comfy bed, smart decor well appointed, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, breakfast yummy an excellent choice something for everyone, would recommend.
