NH Collection Copenhagen

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The team, service, and attention to detail of your stay is second to none. We were here four nights and absolutely loved every minute. Location is super convenient and we highly recommend this hotel and the team there.

Stayed two night prior to a cruise trip. Booked a high floor cort view room. Enquired on a possible upgrade based on GHA Discovery Titanium status and was offered a bigger room but at a lower floor. My wife and I couldn't decide between a twice larger room and views of the city. Counter staff Ms Martina offered us the opportunity to show us both rooms and concierge staff Mr Romeo brought us around explaining in detail the functions of both rooms. Decided not to upgrade and we were promptly offered complimentary breakfast instead. Rooms were clean and large, with excellent views. Housekeeping staff surprised us with daily treats placed in the room when we returned after exploring the city. Walking distance to Old Town and main attractions. Many eateries and subway station just across the street. Breakfast had good variety of food. The rooftop bar, while a bit pricey, is worth a visit for the great views. Will stay here again if we're back in Copenhagen.

I had an amazing stay at NH Collection Copenhagen and would absolutely recommend it. I stayed for two nights (although I booked for three to secure a super early check-in) with a friend in their most basic/standard room, and even that exceeded expectations. We requested twin beds, which the hotel accommodated perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was remarkably clean. While the room itself was a standard size, it felt extremely spacious because of the large window that was almost floor-to-ceiling. During our stay we didn't get much light, but I bet the sunrise/sunset in the summer would look beautiful from this view! One of my favorite things about our stay here was the heated bathroom floors, which came in clutch after walking around in the freezing cold all night. The bathroom itself was a good size and had decent lighting for makeup/getting ready. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to the main shopping area, restaurants, and easily uber or taxi to other popular spots nearby. There's even a small cafe right across the street that serves good coffee and pastries. The ride to the airport took about 15-20 minutes. (we did go in off season) We did not reserve breakfast but we did order room service one night and the food was quite good, although I do wish the kitchen stayed open a little later.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our superior room was spacious, well-appointed, and very quiet. The hotel is centrally located and we had no trouble getting around, usually via public transportation since we were there in January and didn't want to walk so much in the cold (but it's very walkable to attractions otherwise). The included hotel breakfast was spectacular--so many food stations, including made-to-order omelets, and a bright dining area in which to enjoy it. No complaints and would absolutely stay again.
