About the Hotel
The five-star NH Collection Copenhagen is located on Strandgade 7, across from the beautiful harbor and within walking distance of the Opera, Royal Library and Nyhavn. A great stay
Great 4 night stay for a long weekend. Brilliant location close to centre and metro. Spacious and clean room, great shower. Would recommend and return!

Clean and spacious
This was a nice experience overall. The room itself was great. Very large, very clean, and very quiet. The breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There are a few things that really kept me from giving this a 5 star rating. Yes, the tap water is drinkable, but one small complimentary bottle of water per day for a family is odd to me. They do have a water dispenser downstairs, but that’s somewhat inconvenient. Also, if you happen to have an early flight and miss breakfast (and you’ve booked the breakfast package) they don’t offer a to go box unless you pay extra for it.

Customer service slacked
We stayed at NH Collection Hotel as a group of eight ladies celebrating two milestone birthdays. We had reserved four rooms, requesting twin beds and rooms on the same floor. Unfortunately, neither request was honoured upon arrival. Only after raising the issue were we given two twin rooms on the same floor, though they were not close to each other. The check-in process was very disappointing. While we arrived earlier than the stated check-in time and expected to wait, we were assured that our rooms would be ready later in the afternoon. However, when we returned around 5 p.m., it still took another 35 minutes for Reception to allocate the rooms and deliver our luggage. It was not the smooth or welcoming experience we had hoped for, especially given the occasion. A little more organisation and attention to guest requests would have made a big difference.

Nice property and location
Great property with nice rooms. Location really great for being in a spot that is less full of tourists. Hotel receptionist was not friendly at all when we arrived. Looked like she didn’t want to be there. That should not happen when your business is hospitality.

Excellent Stay
We liked everything about our stay at NH Collection Copenhagen: the central location where you have the options to walk, take the Metro or the harbour boats; the wondeful and attentive staff, the great rooms and all the dining options. Highly recommend!
