NH Collection Copenhagen

Fantastic weekend at the NH Collection Copenhagen. The team made us feel so welcome and the anniversary treats of Prosecco, nuts and chocolate confections were a lovely surprise. Our 7th floor room with a floor to ceiling window was stunning. Breakfast delicious with a huge selection, our room and the entire hotel - spotless. The hotel’s location is very close to the stop for the train to the airport and close to all the tourist areas. We recommend this hotel highly and look forward to returning.

Our first time in Copenhagen and this hotel was perfectly located--a stone throw's away from the Church of Our Saviour, which is the best first stop for a first time visitor. The staff was all very kind and professional, noticeably better than most upscale hotels I've stayed in the US. Booking here was a particularly great value through The Edit with Chase Sapphire Reserve. We rented bicycles from the hotel which was super convenient and the best way to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly solid, while the lobby bar was also noteworthy--there were always people there and it never gave off a "sad lobby bar" vibe. We grabbed a round of cocktails and shared a burger before going out our first night and everything was tasty. We didn't make it to the restaurant or rooftop so cannot comment on those. The room was very clean and thoughtfully renovated. I particularly loved the freestanding coffee/tea station that concealed the beverage center. Bathrooms equipped with heated flooring and rain shower. The bed itself was a little firm to my liking but we were honestly so exhausted by the time we went to sleep each night that it wasn't an issue.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We had an absolutely wonderful stay we had at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all staff made us welcome. The breakfast was fantastic with fabulous vegan and vegetarian choices. The rooms were gorgeous and every single member of staff had a warm smile. It’s so unbelievably rare these days to receive such great hospitality. A special thank you to Janni, who gave us the best advice and booked us into amazing restaurants and helped us spend our short time there wisely. Perfect location and unmissable 👌

I had an amazing week-end recently with my husband at this NH Collection hotel. From start to finish of our stay the staff and hotel were excellent. Their customer service is superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with great facilities, excellent room (we had a superior room with city view) & it was very quiet during the night (the bed was extremely comfortable!). Breakfast was beautiful & everything felt calm & relaxed throughout our stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro (which we used to travel in from the airport) & just a short walk away to the main shopping area, museums and other tourist attractions. We would most definitely stay here again!

All positives for this hotel . From the location to the metro, which takes you to the airport in 15mins, to the extensive breakfast that started your day on a real positive note.. We had a 7th floor city view room which had huge windows where you could watch the world go by. Lifts had very little waiting time. Rooms a very good size and the whole hotel was spotless. The staff were welcoming and helpful. You could trade a housekeeping visit for a free drink at the bar as we stayed 4 days we used this twice alternating across the week. This was the first time we had come across this. The hotel was a mix of nationalities and a good mix of leisure visitors and business. Check out was completed on line which meant there was no queue waiting. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel anyone who was looking for accommodation inn Copenhagen.
