First time staying at Nobis Copenhagen. Everyone was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for walking to attractions. Rooms are so comfortable. Looking forward to staying at their other locations.

As experienced travelers, my wife and I place a premium on three things: location, service, and consistency. Nobis Hotel Copenhagen delivered strongly on the first two and left us with a stay we’ll gladly repeat—especially for those who plan to spend their days exploring the city. Location: Nobis is exceptionally well-positioned in the heart of Copenhagen, steps from Tivoli Gardens, which, during Christmas, is spectacularly decorated and adds a special seasonal energy to the neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for walking the city and accessing major sights with ease. Service: The standout feature of the hotel is its people. The concierge team—Kasper and Erick—set the standard for proactive hospitality. They were responsive and helpful with recommendations and logistics well before our arrival, and on the property, they remained consistently professional, informed, and genuinely attentive. Their support elevated our trip from smooth to effortless. Dining – NOI: We had an excellent experience at NOI, the hotel’s restaurant. We opted for the wine pairing on our first evening and found both the food and selections to be magnificent. The service was equally impressive, thanks to Theodora (“Teo”), who was polished, knowledgeable, and engaging—the rare combination of hostess, server, and sommelier who makes a dining experience feel curated rather than served. We enjoyed it enough to book NOI again for the next two nights. A memorable seasonal highlight: One of the most special moments of our stay was the annual Christmas performance by the Copenhagen Girls Choir, who lined the stairs with candles and sang carols for about an hour. Their angelic voices created a magical evening—particularly fitting given the hotel’s history as a former music school. Room considerations: The only notable drawback was room size and comfort. We initially booked a superior room and upgraded to a deluxe, but even the deluxe felt relatively small, and the furnishings weren’t exceptionally comfortable. For travelers who plan to spend significant time in the room, it may be worth booking a larger category. Overall: Despite the room limitations, the combination of prime location, exceptional concierge support, and strong dining made our first visit to Copenhagen a memorable one. We will be back—both to Nobis and to Copenhagen.

Very friendly staff from reception over concierge and waiters. Even prior to the stay the attention of the concierge was outstanding.
