Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

Excellent stay as always, fantastic location and great service. Fantastic restaurant. Staff nice and friendly.

I travel to Copenhagen for work twice a year and this has become my regular stay. Hotel is nice room comfortable. Rail line is convenient and many things to do withing walking distance. The service staff is phenomenal.

The location is excellent. Close to all the things, including the metro and Tivoli. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is small and basic. My room's air conditioning unit didn't work and the window only opened a tiny amount. We couldn't use the window at night because there was too much noise outside from all the things that make it an excellent location.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. Had a chance to stay in amazing Signature suite with view to Tivoli and other nice landmarks. Everything was very smooth, pleasant and professional. Even a nice touch with turndown service at evening. Great choice and selection at breakfast (a la carte + buffet). Would wish that hotel has also a pool, but i knew what i was booking so it did not change my opinion about this hotel neither quality of my stay. Thank you Radisson team for this very pleasant stay!
