Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

We were very lucky to stay using my Radisson points. We also got a free upgrade to a tivoli view corner room which was stunning. Hotel is spotless and smells amazing Staff so friendly and always avaliable to help It was for my birthday and was sent a cake on our first day after check in which for a hotel cake was amazing! Lots of tea and coffee choices plus water for the room for free Hotel location is perfect as not far walk from anywhere really and opposite the hop off bus too

Where to start..we had points for 2 nights free stay and chose this on a whim and so glad we did. On arrival the hotel smells amazing, staff so friendly and free upgrade to a corner tivoli room view! The bathroom was very big and overlooked the city, bedroom had windows the whole way round and overlooks the city and tivoli which was stunning We went for a birthday and were gifted a cake which tasted amazing. I rarely sleep well in hotels and slept well both nights which is unheard of! Only downsides were the room was very warm but luckily we could open the windows to get air in. We had teaspoons for coffee but they were taken and not replaced the second day however as soon as we asked they were replaced. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly here. If it weren't for the free nights there are much cheaper accommodations in the city so we were very lucky

Excellent location and amazing staff. Rooms need a bit of an update. Mattresses and sizing and newness could be improved. stayed in a twin room with my daughter. Beds smaller and older than other Radissons and other hotels. (We’re tall and thin so felt length of small twin. But service here is very good, staff is amazing and location to everything is unbeatable

Been to Copenhagen many times, and thought we’d try Royal Hotel for at change. And we were absolutely amazed! We arrived pretty early and luckily the hotel had our room ready for early check in and upgraded through my VIP status with Radisson Rewards. The staff welcomed us with a huge smile and «open arms». I had some requests and they sorted it out quickly without any hesitation. The room was stylish, clean and spacious. I stayed here in 2017 when it still was a Radisson Blu under renovation, so had my chance now to have the full experience of Arne Jacobsen’s hotel and was not disappointed! Highly recommend and will return in the future!
