We stayed at Villa Copenhagen for three nights between Christmas and New Year, and the whole experience was wonderful. The hotel felt festive and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was small but cozy and charming — nice and clean, with a real plant that added a touch of Copenhagen style. It was also surprisingly quiet. We could even see Tivoli from our window, beautifully lit for the holidays, but we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The location is amazing. It’s only a two‑minute walk from the Central Station and about three minutes to Tivoli, which made it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the city. The building itself is stunning. You can really see the transformation of the old Central Post Office. The renovation is high‑end, blending modern Danish design with the building’s early 19th‑century architecture, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. One of our favorite routines was starting the day with a morning swim in the rooftop pool. The air was below freezing, but the water was a warm 35°C, which made it incredibly refreshing to get a few laps in while looking out over the city. And then walking straight from the pool to the breakfast buffet felt perfect — that warm, fresh, in‑house food was exactly what you want after a cold‑air swim. The breakfast buffet itself was exceptional. Everything is made in‑house, and they use only sourdough for their bread and pastries, which keeps everything incredibly fresh. I’ve seen many hotel buffets, but this one truly stands out — a golden morning buffet with top‑tier quality. Definitely include breakfast with your room; it’s absolutely worth it. The absolute standout of our stay, though, was the Sunday Roast in the cocktail bar. The duck breast was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and full of flavor — paired with a bright cranberry sauce and a crispy nut crumble. The sides were just as impressive: a small potato fondant with caramelised leek, and a sourdough onion tart topped with thinly shredded Brussels sprouts and 24‑month Parmigiano. Every element was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully prepared. Overall, Villa Copenhagen delivered a warm holiday atmosphere, unforgettable food, quiet rooms with beautiful views, and great value for the season. We would happily stay again.

Villa Copenhagen is perfectly located next to the central station and Tivoli garden, the old post office building renovated to perfection makes Villa into an amazing vibrant Copenhagen hub amazing stays. The lobby welcomes you with a very warm luxurious feeling and adding the beautiful bar and the amazing villa ambassadors that greets you with genuine smiles and perfect service. Teodor welcomed me and checked me in very efficiently and with a big sense of humor, Emina Adilovic guest relation manager had prepared 2 amazing junior suites for us and Teodor told us in a very nice way that rooms was already prepared (early check-in at 13.00). In the rooms the amazing Villa welcome continued with a bottle of champagne and extremely nice cookies from the Villa RUG bakery. Villa is amazing at every season of the year and Copenhagen winter makes the stay even more cozy, the pool and sauna is open all day and swimming in warm water watching the Tivoli gardens feels so nice. My favorite copenhagen hotel always delivers a true 5* experience and I discovered that amazing Charles Heidsieck is now the Villa house champagne. Villa breakfast stands out so much with amazing bakery and pastry from RUG, fresh made orange juice and crazy nice omelettes. Thanks for a perfect Villa winter stay and see you soon again.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Copenhagen. Lovely rooms and beautifully designed bathrooms, with a great breakfast offering. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The foyer is stunning — an amazing space for drinks, and the restaurant adds to the overall experience. Highly recommended.

A truly lovely hotel next to Tivoli with a wonderful rooftop pool – even in snowy weather – excellent service and beautiful rooms. We were three families celebrating a birthday in Copenhagen, and Villa CPH made it a truly special experience. An area in the lounge was reserved for pre‑dinner drinks with a live DJ, we enjoyed delicious food at restaurant RUG, and after dinner there were drinks and snacks prepared again in the lounge. An experience comparable to what we have previously enjoyed at five‑star hotels in Dubai. Thank you very much!
