Luxurous but classy. The personal were service minded and the breakfast was top of the line! Nice rooftop pool and a chic bar. Situated just by the railroad station and walking distance to most downtown attractions. The Glyptothek is just a block away.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Copenhagen. This was our second time staying there and the hotel couldn’t be in a better location — right next to the train station, which makes getting around the city (and arriving from the airport) incredibly easy. I loved how convenient it was to walk from the hotel to so many of Copenhagen’s main attractions, shops, and dining spots. The staff deserve a special mention — they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, creating such a positive atmosphere throughout my stay. They made everything feel seamless, whether it was check-in, recommendations, or just their thoughtful service. The rooms were very comfortable and well designed. While they may be a touch on the smaller side, it’s nothing unexpected for a city hotel, and overall the rooms and bedding are extremely comfortable. The amenities at the hotel are excellent, with plenty of thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing — one of the best I’ve had, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. And if you’re visiting in the summer, the outdoor pool is such a treat — a refreshing and unique feature in the heart of the city. Overall, Villa Copenhagen combines convenience, comfort, and top-notch hospitality in the heart of the city. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

I went to Copenhagen for my birthday and decied to splurge on a nice hotel. Villa Copenhagen really delivered an amazing experience. I got an early check-in, and when I came to the room a small birthday present waited for me. The room was very clean and felt luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast was plentiful, the only issue was the seagulls that attacked the food left outside for only a moment. A bit of breakfast action! The pool area was lovely and well worth a visit. The only problem I had was that the in-room coffe machine was a bit difficult to operate, but that might just be a me-problem.

We had a lovely five night stay with our family of four in two adjoining rooms. Our room was on the first floor where the pool is (and pool bar) which was convenient and perfect for our family. The rooms are exquisite, housekeeping is prompt and thorough, and the breakfast is probably the best I've seen. The staff is friendly and can help with anything you need. The location is highly walkable - perfect for visting anywhere in the city. We could walk most places in 10-20 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staying at Villa Copenhagen was an excellent experience. The location is very good—right next to Copenhagen Central Station and only steps from Tivoli Gardens, which makes it easy to explore the city. There’s also a good selection of restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk, so you’re never short of places to eat nearby. It also has a lovely rooftop pool and sauna. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the rooms are lovely, with crisp linen and thoughtful touches such as the sustainable organic chocolates on the bed. It’s clear the hotel has a real eye for sustainability, from the products they use to the small gifts and messaging throughout the property. The staff, for me, are what truly make or break a hotel. At Villa Copenhagen, they were superb—friendly, attentive, and proactive without being overbearing. It’s also clear they enjoy their jobs and work within a strong management team, which really comes through in the guest experience. A special mention goes to the gentleman running the pool bar, who was wonderful to deal with, very proactive and helpful. The gym is a small space, well maintained and clean. Still, the equipment is a bit basic, with 2 running machines, a bike, and some free weights—a bit more variety would be welcome. Another area I think could be improved is the restaurant offering. At the moment it’s more focused on snack plates rather than a full-service dining experience, which felt unusual for a hotel of this calibre. I understand they closed their main restaurant, but I did find it a surprising omission. Overall, this was by far my best hotel stay in Copenhagen. The combination of a very good location, beautiful surroundings, and, most importantly, truly wonderful staff made it memorable. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it.
