Villa Copenhagen

Stayed at Villa Copenhagen for 3 nights. Staff and service at the hotel were excellent. Pool and sauna were great. Breakfast was really good. Would recommend the hotel and would stay there again with no hesitation.

I came to celebrate my birthday at Villa Copenhagen and absolutely loved it. The hotel feels so classy and welcoming, and the food is incredible. We ordered room service after a long flight and it was perfect! The spa is beautiful and so relaxing. I loved the heated pool and the little touches like the teas and water available while you enjoy the sauna. I went both in the morning and again in the evening, and it was such a peaceful way to settle into the trip. The Rug cafe inside the hotel was immaculate with delicious coffee and pastries. I can’t wait to return again. This hotel made the trip feel so special.

We loved our stay! Villa Copenhagen is a high end stylish hotel with a huge atrium housing a bar/food area and reception (bar food was good), it has an amazing heated rooftop pool & sauna, and a bakery too! The hotel location is perfect being close to Central Station and next to Tivoli. We enjoyed the view from our third floor bedroom, and although this was overlooking the railway we heard zero noise from trains (we had no need to open windows). Our room, though on the small side, was stylishly decorated, beds are comfortable with easily controllable room temperature, a heated floor in the bathroom and good shower water pressure. We were happy with our bijou room for only a two night stay. All staff were friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there! The breakfasts were delicious with a selection of cooked to order food, wonderful breads and pastries made in the hotel bakery, and a substantial choice of cold foods and fruits. Also for a large hotel, the eating area did not feel crowded due to its layout. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would come again:)

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Copenhagen. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and a very central location. I would happily stay there again.

Wonderful hotel right by the regional train station and about a 5 min walk from the metro. Across the street from tivoli. The hotel is quite massive and well-appointed. I stayed in a king room and the bed was cozy and comfortable. Bathroom has heated floors! And I loved the pine-scented toiletries — definitely superior to anything pine-scented in North America. Even though my room faced the train station and I’m sensitive to noise, the soundproofing was excellent and all I could hear was a very low hum. The outdoor pool is small but refreshing even in the November cold. The reusable slippers in every room are a nice touch. Gym is tiny. I worked out with about two others and fitting one more person into this space would’ve been a challenge. The breakfast buffet is spectacular. Delicious pastries, impressive spread of fruits, various proteins (incl smoked salmon of course), and yogurts. And strong drip coffee, which I appreciated. Rug is a cozy bakery with great food. I enjoyed the lobby bar as well. My Amex credit was very helpful here. The thoughtful design was evident everywhere, including the lobby where you could carry on a conversation within a crowded and vast atrium. Service is excellent — friendly, helpful, unobtrusive. I highly recommend this hotel.
