Don't know from where they source their employees, but the staff is excellent. Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are great. Darkening shades work amazingly. Slept very well. The pool and cabana area is welcoming, and the service is flawless. If you want to engage in high end shopping, this makes a great base to operate from. Good restaurants abound in the area but be choosy. They charge the same prices, regardless of quality.

This was our go-to hotel when our daughter was a student at the U. It was delivered in late 2020, is it is still new. The rooms are large and clean. The service is very good. The lobby bar is pretty being with enough seating for a lot of people. the best part is the rooftop pool and bar. The staff at the outdoor bar is super friendly. Great drink menu. The location is great. Short drive to the Grove and Biscayne Bay. Rates are not super crazy either! Highly recommend

The title of my review says it all. This was a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. The rooms were a nice stay and nicely appointed. Overall, very comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and really well-designed. Beautiful lobby and downstairs restaurant that is open to the outside plaza area. I love that the Loews is part of the Plaza complex which has lots of restaurants in the complex - it makes it easy to not have to leave. But, most of all, the service was 5-star. Everyone from the valet, to the bell stand to the front desk to the concierge were absolutely amazing. They all were truly friendly, had smiles on their faces and went above and beyond. The little details were truly special like giving my 2-year old daughter a teddy bear to getting her strawberry water because the water for all hotel guests hadn't been put out yet. And, the valet is super easy. I would order the car via text message and it would be waiting for me. I could come 15 to 20 minutes later no problem and just get in the car and go. I had never stayed at a Loews before, but I will definitely be back!

I ordered room service twice during my stay, and both times it arrived promptly, hot, and exactly as ordered. No complaints whatsoever. If you’re considering the Loews Coral Gables for a conference or business trip, don’t hesitate. It delivers on every front — comfort, incredible beds, and above all, exceptional hospitality. I’d stay here again without a second thought.
