Hayfield Manor

From the moment of our booking till our departure we felt absolutely spoilt ! on arrival we were greeted by the friendly porter Peter who came to the car and looked after our luggage and bought it to the our allocated room - room 328 . On entering the hotel Aine came to assist us , was already in contact with Aine with my dinner reservations and she was so very helpful . Thank you Aine , On to reception where Rita looked after us explained everything in detail . Our room 328 beautifully decorated love the Christmas Tree in each room , a lovely touch ! Dinner was exceptional in Perrotts Garden Bistro , compliments to the wonderful chefs and we were looked after by a new French waitress with attentive service throughout . In the hotel lobby the piano music is such a nice touch ! Denis Desmond sure knows how to add to the atmosphere with his brilliant music . A true gentleman ! we had the privilege of a chat with him at the end of the night such an interesting man ! could we talk for hours we sure could !!!! its was long past our bedtime so to be continued Denis !!!! We would like a special mention also to Nathan - thank you for looking after us with the request for the darts final on the TV in our room - you sure went above and beyond to ensure we were going to have a great stay . Thank you also Nathan for the late check out very much appreciated as I was able to get to use the spa facilities . Thank you . Overall our experience is - a brilliant fantastically run hotel with no request overlooked . Thank you to all the staff , Keep up the good work !

I visited Hayfeild Manor this week for my birthday and had the most wonderful experience in the spa. The treatment was gorgeous and nothing was too much bother. The spa manager even arranged a glass of Prosecco for me in the relaxation room afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I booked this hotel for a surprise birthday stay for my Wife. From the moment the taxi pulled up to when we left, we were treated like royalty. All staff seemed to know who we were and were always happy to help. We were treated up an upgrade which made the stay extra special. Breakfast was amazing, both hot and cold food was top quality. The pool and facilities were really nice and the bars and other facilities were really enjoyable. An expensive hotel yes, but the staff really do go out of their way to add extra value which you won't get in other places. Thank you to all the staff on making it a memorable stay.

Myself & my friend visited Hayfield Manor for afternoon tea. The staff were amazing & the afternoon tea was lovely, we really enjoyed the experience & the food was lovely. It was my friends birthday & hayfield manor made it very special. I would definitely recommend afternoon tea here.

I visited the hayfield manor today with my mum and aunt for a late woman’s little Christmas and what an experience we had! The Manor bar was extremely busy but the staff were extremely courteous, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. I want to say a special thank you to Alexandre the waiter who couldn’t have done more for us and made our day extra special. The food was 10 out of 10 and the fish was the freshest we have ever eaten!! We are already planning our next day out.
