I have been very fortunate to be able to stay at this wonderful hotel several times over the last couple of years. My most recent visit was no different from earlier ones as one cannot simply improve on the experience here! From the moment that one is greeted at the door, right through to the welcome at reception, the appointment of the room, dinner in Perrots, breakfast the following morning served by a friendly staff, it is just a top class experience! It has to be one of the best hotels in Ireland and certainly the most genuine welcome I have experienced. I recommend Hayfield Manor so highly, it is an oasis!

Lovely manor house, best of the best for our vacation. The girl at reception was awesome, all interactions with staff were courteous and professional. Accommodations and food were wonderful.

We stayed at Hayfield Manor for two nights and really enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the pool and spa were a real highlight – quiet, relaxing and spotless. We also had dinner in Perrotts Garden Bistro and the food and service were both excellent. However, we were disappointed by the limited access to certain hotel areas during our stay. On our first evening, Bloom was closed for a private event, and on the second evening the residents’ lounge was being used as a cloakroom for another private function. This left the bar and lobby very busy with nowhere for residents to sit and relax. For a 5-star hotel, it was frustrating not to be able to use some of the main guest areas, especially during a short stay. Overall, Hayfield Manor is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, but better communication and consideration for hotel guests during private events would really improve the experience.

We loved our stay at Hayfield Manor. We were visiting Cork for our 1st wedding anniversary and our experience was really special. All team members we engaged with were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and comforting with many appreciated special touches. Our bed was so comfortable - we slept so well. Shower was powerful and towels/bathroom amenities were great. We spent quite a lot of time outside of the hotel exploring the area, but managed to enjoy breakfast, the spa, drinks in Manor Bar and dinner in Perrott’s restaurant during our time and all were wonderful experiences. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Spa treatments were a great addition to the outdoor jacuzzi. Drinks in Manor Bar and our food/dining experience in Perrott’s were both absolutely spot on. Our stay felt like a very special treat and we would love to stay again

Wow… what a place! We stayed a few nights on our tour of Ireland and couldn’t be happier with the decision to do so! The location, grounds, and charm of this place is second to none. I wish we could have stayed longer but the time we had here was just amazing and has left lasting memories. The staff here are friendly and welcoming and attentive to customer needs and the outdoor area to have afternoon tea (or drinks) had live music which just added to the overall charm. We really enjoyed the pool, steam room, and hot tub… being able to walk from your room to the facilities in your robe and slippers was excellent! Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel and provided tons of both “help yourself” and made to order selections. What more can be said other than this is the best hotel stay we’ve ever had and if we ever return to visit Ireland we will be sure to stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay while in Cork!
