I consider myself honest and fair when writing a review. This hotel will exceed your expectations. The customer service is a 10+. The concierge team is amazing. You ask, and they deliver. Thank you, Liam, for your incredible suggestions and for making our dreams come true. Laura at the reception desk is always ready with a smile! The bar is well stocked, and John, the senior bartender, is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was beautiful and clean and made up early. Breakfast is abundant with a mix of choices, including a cook-to-order menu. The restaurant serves amazing food, so there is no need to leave this fine hotel!! And the location is perfect. I suggest a taxi into Cork because you will want to stop at a few pubs. The town is small but worth a visit or two! We visited Kinsale from here with a Taxi driver that Liam confirmed for a few hours. It was perfect. Our taxi even came back for us after dinner. The 911 Memorial is worth visiting, and our taxi driver made sure we got there! Treat yourself to affordable luxury and stay at the Hayfield!

This place is magical. Its like being transported back in time. Its warm and elegant with top notch staff. From the fantastic breakfast to turndown service, everything is impeccable.

The room was very nice. Check in was great. Staff were very helpful. We had a great dinner at the Perrott Garden Bistro. Good wine and food selection.

We stayed here for a girls night away & loved it. The staff were friendly & professional. The concierge team were chatty & witty. The rooms are quiet & have lots of character & are spotless. The beds are super comfy. We had wonderful Spa treatments , Yvonne was just amazing ! We had great Vegetarian/Vegan breakfasts in Perrotts garden bistro, our server couldn't do enough for us. The options of mimosa (with proper Champagne ! ) & turmeric shots were lovely touches .

Our stay at Hayfield Manor was absolutely amazing, and we only wish we could have stayed for the whole of our trip! We stayed in a Garden Deluxe Room and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. When we entered our room, we were delighted to find some lovely treats along with a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch and really made us feel special. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The bed was so cosy, and we particularly appreciated the climate control in the room, especially with the humid weather. We love being able to keep the room nice and cool, so this was a real bonus. The bathroom and shower products were also lovely and smelt wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, with generous portion sizes, particularly the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. All of the staff throughout our stay were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. We were travelling with our one year old daughter, and the bar staff were especially kind. They went out of their way to make sure we had milk for her at bedtime, which we were extremely grateful for. Little touches like this made such a difference and really added to our experience. Parking was also very convenient, with plenty of space, which made things very easy for us as a family. We also ordered room service one evening and were very impressed. We had burgers while our daughter had the pasta Bolognese, and everything was lovely. Honestly, I can't think of any constructive feedback because we had such a wonderful stay. The service, room, food and overall atmosphere were all fantastic, and we genuinely didn't want to leave. The only thing we wish we'd had more time to do was use the swimming pool! Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to return in the future and make the most of it. Thank you to the whole team at Hayfield Manor for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would absolutely love to return.
