Best service ever
This is my first ever online feedback. But I have to write something here, since as a seasoned and frequent five+-star traveler all over the world I do not remember any competent, personal and courteous service comparable with Hayfield Manor. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

most welcoming hotel ever!
What a fantastic hotel. The staff are most welcoming and friendly - every single one of them. Beautiful room overlooking the garden, and a fantastic dinner. Breakfast also was superb. Can't wait to go back, or try one of their other hotels.

Absaloutly amazing hotel lived up to its name staff from start to finish couldn't do enough for you only negative i'd have is no entertainment at night only a piano

A truly special experience
This visit and there have been many over the years I am delighted to say, with a special friend for her birthday. What a truly wonderful evening we had , service and food exceptional in Orchids Restaurant a delicious meal in a lovely setting. What makes it special is the staff who are lovely and make it such a relaxed enjoyable evening they are professional but somehow you feel you are speaking with friends and feel at home. To be highly recommended and an experience not to be missed.
