From the moment we arrived the service was 5 star. Liam the concierge met us the moment we parked the car and the whole experience was set. Mary and her team at check in could not do enough for us. From Jake in the bar to Stanford in Perrotts Bistro. We really felt warm Irish hospitality at its finest. We certainly will return.

From the moment we arrived at Hayfield Manor, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly greeted in the car park by Liam, which immediately set the tone for the level of service. Check-in with Mary was smooth, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We spent some time in the relaxed Manor bar, where Jake crafted fantastic cocktails-such a great atmosphere to unwind in. Later, Stanford in the Bistro went above and beyond to organise a table for us, even though we didn't have a booking, which we really appreciated. To room was just as impressive-especially the incredibly soft pillows and comfortable bed. Combined with the attentive service throughout our stay, it made for a truly restful and memorable visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Cork !

I recently had the most incredible spa experience! When booking Sarah made it effortless and everything ran seamlessly on the day. The location is perfect situated on the perimeter of Cork City. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help you completely switch off from the outside world. The Spa is clean and fresh. In the room the gentle music transports you to a place of tranquility. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing. Every detail was perfect — from the pressure of the massage to the quality of the products used. My therapist Marcelle listened to everything and it was evident she incorporated back injury and skin sensitivity into my routine. What stood out most was the overall sense of care and attention. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish by Marcelle. After treatment the relaxation room wrapped everything up perfectly. Lounging with water and an extra few minutes of peace and tranquility to end the experience. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a bit of self-care or a special treat. For what you get the value is amazing! I’ll definitely be going back — it was exactly what I needed.
