Definitely recommend this hotel
Well this hotel did live up to its ratings in trip advisor I always look up hotels and read reviews before I book any where and this hotel for sure didn’t disappoint. The lovely reception ladies gave us a room on the 5th floor, clean, tidy and super comfortable beds no issues with dated furnishings or not that clean from others reviews. I was so impressed with the grill room dinner and the breakfast was really nice too. We really enjoyed this hotel so thank you very much River Lee

Fabulous Hotel walking distance to the city center
Loved everything about this hotel. I stayed here with a group of friends and returned with my husband. We all raved about the hotel.

Super family night in Cork
We took a quick spin to Cork to get the family together for a night before the end of summer. The River Lee is in a super location for shopping and UCC with great parking behind. Really nice views from the rooms across to the north of the city and all its history. Cocktails in the River Club before and after dinner were very nice, with a really cool atmosphere in the bar and live bluesy music. Dinner in the Grill Room was really super. Very nice booths for groups to sit in, short menu with many great options and the food itself was top notch. Many wine options by the glass, including higher-end and professional, friendly service throughout. Only small comment is that some of the rooms felt a bit dated (bathroom, furniture…), while others were a lot nicer. Thank you all at River Lee for a great family getaway!

A great base, for a fantastic week in Cork
4th- 9th Aug. family loved hotel. Maitre d’ set a very high level of service at breakfast and all staff were class. Head guy at reception checking out gave us water for drive back to Dublin, little things that make the experience great🙌👍
