Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff were all knowledgeable and ready to assist / discreetly making my stay more comfortable, which demonstrates excellent training and interpersonal skills on behalf of management. Special thanks to housekeeping for discreet but important amendments to my room. Ian and Lina do stellar work managing their spaces, and the kindness of Timea, Henrique and Luis will be remembered. Dromoland Castle is, in simple terms, a dreamy experience. Every component of the stay is meticulously crafted. The tee time is serviced with complimentary, branded golf balls and tees, a photograph on the first tee, and elite service at all times. The golf course, at least for an American, was a tough test of playing in new conditions, but beautiful nonetheless. Highly recommend doing the high tea experience, and enjoying all the amenities.

This place is like nothing we’ve ever seen! The restaurant is an experience in itself, Erik is the absolute best! Watching him make the Irish coffee and hearing the story behind it was amazing! Everyone on staff is so bubbly and happy to help with anything you could ever ask of them. Clem is a doll and will teach you everything you never thought you needed to know about hawks and falcons during the falconry lesson. Our kids keep saying we should give them a 7 star review!

What a wonderful way to end our tour of Ireland! After 10 days touring around Ireland we came to Dromoland Castle to rest up before our return to the States. From the moment we entered the gates we knew we were in for something special. The first view of the castle was magical, we had seen/visited a number of castle ruins/abby’s along our visit, however nothing prepared us for the elegance of the castle and the people who work there. 5 stars for the staff, the facilities and the quality of the rooms and meals. Special shout out if you enjoy a cigar, Dromoland has a covered patio with comfortable chairs/tables and heaters, just off the bar (definitely a need the couple of weeks we spent in Ireland). We will be back for a longer stay! If you ever feel the need to feel special or pampered, then visit Dromoland! 5 stars for every category!

Dromoland Castle was beyond amazing. We loved the beautiful castle, upgraded & renovated suite. The service was impeccable. The breakfast, dinners, and cocktails were all excellent. The special touches made by the staff throughout our stay made everything more memorable. We will return again.
