10 year wedding anniversary trip with a toddler’s
Muckross park hotel and spa exceeded our expectations! My husband and I came here with our 15 month old to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted by champagne in our room and a personalized note from the Muckross staff. We appreciated all the lovely details- from turn down service to the small chocolates left after cleaning services were rendered. They upgraded our room for us as they knew we were traveling with a child and needed a slightly larger room. The staff were also lovely and incredibly helpful. We can’t wait to come back to Muckross!

Great hotel and ofcourse it's staff. Perfect in all details ... nothing is missed or forgotten ,from the room cleaning to reception and concierge sevrice, everybody is really doing a great job! And yes, it is beautiful.!! this place is a treat!

Wonderful
I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment in the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly, the food at the pub was delicious and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located at the entrance of Killarney Park which made hiking easily accessible.

Wedding lunch
We came last minute with a request to have 13 for lunch for our wedding and were greeted by Filip, he was absolutely outstanding and went out of his way to help and accommodate us. When we arrived on the day we had Dean looking after us who was the kindest, most helpful gentleman and made sure everyone was looked after. We had a beautiful dinner and felt so comfortable. Both men are a credit to the muckross park. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks again.

What a beautiful hotel in an amazing position. If I’m ever back in Ireland, I’ll be sure to stay again. My only regret is not booking for longer. The staff are fabulous, in particular the concierge team who provide really helpful advice for activities and the best way to see nearby sites. Everything is so organised!

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
