My wife and I stayed at the Auberge for three nights. The location is fantastic as you're just steps away from the Chateau, gardens, and stables. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and quite comfortable. Everyone on the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. We were there over Easter weekend so the hotel was quite busy and bit crowded at times around the sauna and pool but we still very much enjoyed our stay. Everything you expect from a Relais & Chateau property. Thank you to everyone there for making our stay so wonderful.

The customer service in the reception and reservation when I called them they are not efficient and sounds they were pissed and annoyed. The staffs should be more welcoming and have more patient if one customer needs request. This hotel is very expensive and people travel just to stay at your hotel. Your staffs needs to more warm to the customer who are calling. And get back to them if they want to reserve something. I called one guy in the reception and he was kind of rude even he is saying thank you and cut the phone call immediately.

Michelin starred restaurant has rigid set menu and so, as we don’t eat lamb, we had to give it a miss. Other restaurant was ‘run of the mill’. Our first night’s sleep disturbed by dog barking in the adjacent room. Litter wrapper on bedroom floor. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Furnishings were good and bed was extremely comfortable. Paid extra for good view. Expensive but overall a disappointment.
