Absolute 5 stars ✨ Fantastic guest service, and excellent stay! Very comfortable & luxurious. The team took wonderful care of us. We travelled with our 2 month old and they catered to all of our needs. The swim up room was marvelous! The grounds are well kept and the staff all made it feel like home. Special mention to Veroniki, Sophia & everyone else who helped during our stay especially with our little baby! This property is truly WORLD CLASS!

Nana princess is an amazing resort as we came with my friends to enjoy Crete and we did We were happy with the service , vibe , food, beach , everything and specially the people We were lucky to have the nice people specially Sofia , joanna, zaza , chrysa and actually all of the people we met for their kindness service Definitely we will recommend everyone to go there and stay and I will definitely will come again

From the moment we arrived at Nana Princess, we knew we had chosen the right place. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, but this resort truly stands out. Our suite was stunning, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking sea views. We spent our days either relaxing by our private pool or unwinding in the beautiful beach cabanas. The beach area is peaceful, impeccably maintained, and never felt crowded. It was the perfect place to disconnect and simply enjoy the moment. Every morning started with an amazing breakfast, and every meal we had throughout our stay was delicious. The quality of the food was consistently excellent. What made the biggest difference, though, was the people. Every member of the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness. They were always smiling, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel more like welcomed guests than just another room number. The entire resort is elegant, tranquil, and maintained to perfection. Every detail reflects quality and care, making it easy to relax from the very first day. Leaving was honestly the hardest part of our trip. Nana Princess gave us exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful, luxurious escape where every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We made unforgettable memories here and would return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special.

I would argue that Nana Princess is playing in its own division when it comes to 5 star hotels. The service is absolutely incredible, the standard of food and drinks are very high and whether you are traveling as a couple or a family, everyone can get their needs fulfilled here. With two kids, we enjoyed a very spacious room and private pool a little extra. The convenience of the around-the-clock in-resort buggy service made it very easy to go to the beach back and forth etc. When leaving, the one thing we talk about is when we can get back here again.
