Nana Princess

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 10 days, everything about it made our family holiday perfect. The location is a short transfer from the airport, set on a private beach. The rooms boast a sea view and are private. What made our stay so memorable was the fantastic staff. The service is exceptional and we will definitely look forward to returning to this hotel. The restaurants are excellent and very accommodating to any requests. The water park and tennis courts next door kept a teenager busy throughout our stay. This truly is a 5 star resort.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. They say about hotels like this: “This is the kind of place you want to return to again and again.” Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to even the smallest details. We had an absolutely wonderful week at Nana Princess, and it was truly one of the highlights of our time in Crete. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with fantastic facilities and an incredible atmosphere. Our room was perfect: spacious, extremely clean and beautifully maintained. The Bulgari amenities were an excellent touch, and having our own pool was amazing — perfect for cooling off, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Cretan weather. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well looked after , honestly, we were treated like royalty. Everyone was friendly, attentive and genuinely accommodating. At one point, Eliana had a few minor health issues, and the staff went out of their way to help us, even arranging to get the products she needed from the pharmacy. That level of care really meant a lot to us. The service at the beach was also outstanding. The team was always incredibly attentive and, after only a short time, they even remembered our previous orders and our preferences. It made the experience feel very personal : you really feel that they pay attention to their guests rather than simply providing standard hotel service. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the Moët & Chandon champagne : a perfect match for the setting! Overall, Nana Princess combines luxury, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and, above all, truly exceptional service. We felt spoiled from beginning to end. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our week so special. We would absolutely love to come back.
