Very kind staff, perfect service, beautiful environment, amazing breakfast with a great variety of food and fruits, the room are super with superb view.

We had the most wonderful stay at Nana Princess! Our family of five was truly impressed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is absolutely stunning and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed. Our connecting suites were spacious and perfect for our family, giving us plenty of room to relax. The food was amazing — the buffet breakfast was a highlight each morning, with incredible variety, gorgeous views, and even live music that made it extra special. The infinity pool was stunning and private beach with cabanas and full service a treat. Our children enjoyed the water sports, parasailing, tubing, and more. A huge thank you to Maria at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions and ensure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Kosta was such a joy, always greeting us with a smile and driving us around the resort in the buggy — our kids loved him! Every single staff member we met was professional, kind, and welcoming, making us feel at home in a truly five-star setting. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Nana Princess to anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly, and unforgettable stay in Crete.

My partner Anne and I have stayed at the beautiful Nana Princess hotel for the last week and are (unfortunately) leaving early in the morning. The whole stay has been absolutely perfect and every member of staff has made it a holiday to remember. Even though everyone has been incredible we would like to say a special massive thanks to the completely wonderful Eleni and Sofia who were such a highlight of our stay and one of the reasons we cannot wait to return. We're checking out early in the morning but I want to record my thanks now to everyone at this resort for their charmingly warm and attentive service and support. This is the first time ever that we've not left the resort to explore the place we are visiting, but I booked this holiday on the back of a stressful time at home and work, so the purpose was to do very little and make the most of the resort. It was the perfect de-stress holiday and lived up to all our expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful - I can't say thank you enough for their attentive but unfussy approach. The food was gorgeous and the food and wine recommendations matched exactly what we were hoping for. Room service was exceptional. In 25 years of travelling, I've never been interested in returning to the same place but it met our needs so brilliantly I would definitely be interested in returning next year. It a feels wrong to single out people because they were all very wonderful, but Eleni and Sofia are people we will always remember for their kindness and straightforwardness (e.g. I loved the fact they would say "I don't particularly like this wine but what you will appreciate is x, y, z" - it felt like a totally authentic interaction which we really appreciated). The resort was spotless and the cleaners were fantastic. Thank you to everyone. xxx

It was a wonderful experience in nana Princess, all the team is collaborators, I have been their for 5 days and I never get out of the resort they have all things that you need restaurant and café It’s all so delicious specially the breakfast it’s so good and I said that before it’s a wonderful experience if I came to crete another time, it’s my number one.
