The experience was very nice, everybody was very friendly, the rooms are very big and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was absolutely outstanding, and the lady who welcomed us at our arrival made sure that everything was perfect

Cretan splendour!
Just returned after a wonderful and relaxing week at Nana Princess. I would have preferred to rate this 4.5, however, Sofia (the Manager) the 1/2 extra star is because of your service levels! 😊 For us the stand out bit is the location, the layout of the resort and the architecture. The minimalist design really won us over. Our room was excellent with some snazzy features and had spectacular views. We ate on 3 nights at the Fish restaurant and found the food to be really good. I loved the sushi! However, the menu was rather limited. The breakfast buffet can have a bit more variety too. The Spa is really good and we had some wonderful facial and body treatments. The service, was really good overall but is not consistent across the board. Maybe having a centralised tipping policy would help. Some quick mentions- Guest Relations: Sofia (a very good Manager indeed!), Asst Manager Thomas, Alia, Chrysa. The 2 Joanna’s. FO: Vasilis, Maria, Big Guy (sorry can’t remember your name!) Dinner Service: Adonis and team Breakfast: Jonathan (lovely guy!), Manolis, Manos, Lovely, Claudio, Laura, Christina and the 2 ladies at the buffet counters. Concierge: Kostas, Dimtris, Kostadino (all three superb!) Housekeeping: Aziz, Sprezsa Room service: Maria (very professional and sweet!) Beach; Vasilis, Nikos We would definitely love to return.

Fantastic holiday
