If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This is a very special place where the guest experience is a core value. This is not only a place of incredible comfort and beauty, but every member of staff works effortlessly to engage with guests and craft for them the most memorable experience. The welcome we received on entering the hotel continued throughout our stay. Our experience felt like it genuinely mattered to each and every one of the incredible staff, and that level of commitment to guest care is rare to find. The communication between every department is seamless and nothing is too much trouble. This is a well oiled operation, fantastically managed, delivering a unique level of care and attention. A beautiful and comfortable space, fabulous food and a team second to none. This is an incredibly special place and we could not have chosen better for the celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Staying at Nana Princess in Crete was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We’ve stayed at many high-end hotels around the world, but this one is in a league of its own. During our 10-day stay, there wasn’t a single thing we could fault — everything was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be a special stay. The service is impeccable, with every member of staff perfectly trained, professional, and incredibly friendly. The rooms are stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and breathtaking views. Dining at the resort is a treat — both restaurants serve exquisite food, and the breakfast buffet leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The beach lounges are spacious and comfortable, with beds and even couches, creating a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. The resort is immaculate throughout. If you don’t feel like walking, you can call for a buggy, and it arrives within minutes — super convenient. The gym is very well equipped, and my wife had what she described as the best massage she’s ever experienced (and she’s had quite a few!). All in all, a huge compliment goes out to the staff and management. Nana Princess is a true gem, and we will cherish the memories of our stay for a long time to come.

This is somewhere special! From start to finish it was just the most incredible experience, from the car that collected us from the airport, until the moment we stepped back out of it to return home, this was just the most incredible week. The service is faultless, the grounds are beautiful and the experience is second to none. This is easily the best hotel we’ve stayed out, we will be back! We had an amazing time here. The service is superb. Food is delicious and the the view is stunning. There is nothing unsatisfying here. It’s the best experience we had in Greece.
