Nana Princess

We are a family with two kids, aged 10 and 11. We stayed 5 nights in a Supreme Suite Sea View, a two-level suite with a private pool. We had a great time. The Guest Relations Officer was amazing. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained, and kept to a high standard with attention to every detail. We can't wait to return.

There are not enough positive words to be said about Nana Princess. The hotel is spectacular and the setting beautiful. Every single member of staff contributes to the wonderful experience, with a special mention to Dimitris (service manager) and Joanna. If I could give 6 stars I would!

The level of service is truly exceptional. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Every request is handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a genuine smile and willingness to help. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a warm welcome that sets the tone for an outstanding stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and maintained to the highest standards. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable—well beyond expectations. Even a score of 10 out of 10 does not fully reflect the level of care and attention to detail. The culinary experience is equally impressive. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and of outstanding quality. The food in the main restaurant is excellent, and both restaurants at the hotel offer exceptional dining experiences with delicious dishes and first-class service. In addition, everything is conveniently located, well organized, and easily accessible, making the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. In summary, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It offers a rare combination of luxury, flawless cleanliness, outstanding cuisine, and truly world-class service. I highly recommend Nana Princess to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Crete.

We have just returned from an incredible stay at Nana Princess in Crete, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional, with every member of staff offering genuine warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded to the Blue Princess Villa, and it completely exceeded all expectations. The villa was simply outstanding – luxurious, spacious, beautifully designed and maintained to the highest standard. It provided the perfect setting to celebrate such a special milestone in our lives. Waking up each morning in such beautiful surroundings felt truly magical. The entire resort is immaculate, with stunning facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to completely switch off and relax. The food was excellent, with a fantastic choice and consistently high quality throughout our stay. What made this holiday so special, however, was the people. The kindness and care shown by the staff turned an amazing holiday into an unforgettable one. They helped make our Silver Anniversary celebration even more meaningful, and for that we will always be grateful. We have been fortunate enough to stay in some wonderful hotels over the years, but Nana Princess is truly exceptional. We returned home with memories we will cherish forever and are already talking about when we can come back. Thank you to everyone at Nana Princess for making our Silver Anniversary so special. We stayed in this hotel last week with our family. From day one when we checked in katerina was very welcoming with smile on her face 😊. Rooms were very clean, excellent food in restaurants. Staff in lobby and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nana princess.
