Relaxing
Fantastic place to stay - villas are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for self catering. The onsite restaurant is first class. Staff were all amazingly friendly, always happy to see you and assist in every way. The pools and surrounding areas were well managed and clean .

Excellent
I really cannot fault this place. The Villa was lovely and the pool and bar area was immaculate. Eleni and her team cannot do enough for you, I have been to some beautiful hotels on my travels but the customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was faultless. Although this hotel is not on the beachfront, there are several beautiful beaches, a short ride away and the staff are more than willing to arrange transport. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing holiday experience
We were given a lovely warm welcome from all the team which made our holiday such a wonderful experience . The food and service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble . The villas are spacious and private and have everything you need.Definitely will be returning here again soon

Very very pleasant stay, once again.
For the second time we experienced the most pleasant stay at Paradise Island Villas. The entire team gave us the warmest welcome and made sure that we felt spoiled during our stay. We are definitely thinking about coming back for a third time.

Ideal villa & boutique resort for a young family
Having looked at many places to stay before booking here, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. It's a small, boutique set up but with all the facilities of a bigger hotel such as restaurant, choice of pools, tennis court and a sweet playground set amongst olive trees. Our villa was exactly as expected from the photos and extremely accommodating for our 9 month baby including additional safety measures (stair gate), baby bath and toys, a gorgeous cot with baby bedding, high chair, pool inflatable and plastic plates/cutlery - we didn't need to ask for a thing. The resort is very peaceful, has a calming vibe to it and you can choose to relax there, explore the local beach on foot or rent a car for longer excursions - the team can organise everything for you, including taxis with baby seats. The breakfast was so generous and lots of choice, and nice to have the option to eat in the restaurant or in your villa. Thank you to Eleni, Pol, Mike, Babis and the team - you were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating and made the start of our holiday in Crete wonderful.
