Wow! What can we say but stunning. We were looked after from stepping off the plane to the moment we said goodbye at the reception to make our way home. Family friendly ad very clean. Great Boutique Villa Hotel
Very good boutique hotel, no rooms, just villas. We stayed in a Paradise villa, plenty of space and reasonably well furnished. Note that there is a very tight spiral staircase to get to the first floor, not ideal for some people. The "concierge" service from Eleni was remarkable, better than some of the most expensive hotels I've stayed at - great local advice on what to do, where to go and what to eat. You will need a car if you're going to benefit from her advice. Housekeeping was fantastic, normally completed whilst we had breakfast. Staff are uniformly fantastic, helpful and charming !

This is a beautiful property with lovely pools and great food! The customer service we received was incredible and everybody was extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We travel a lot and this was by far the best customer service experience we've ever had. Eleni and the whole team is just amazing! Absolutely recommend and will stay here again if we ever return to Crete.

What a wonderful hotel and spectacular team! This is the best run boutique hotel we have stayed in. It takes a lot of effort to make everything run smoothly and it was perfect! Amazing suggestions from Eleni about what to do, places to eat tailored to our requirements. Great value for money too!

Beautiful boutique hotel
We had a 10-day stay at Paradise Island Villas in July. We stayed in the Athena 3 bedroom villa which was beautiful and had three generous bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed our garden, which was very pretty with lots of different areas to sit and olive trees for shade. And of course it had its own little pool. The rest of the hotel was also lovely. Both pool areas were peaceful and attractive. The food was excellent and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the hotel most days and dinner a few times. It was also nice to get a taxi to one of the local villages for dinner too. As others have said, a stand out feature of the hotel was the very friendly and personal service from the staff. We felt so looked after. If you’re looking for a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel villa with attentive service in a peaceful location, I would recommend Paradise Island Villas.
