Juniper Hotel Cupertino Curio Collection by Hilton

Since, this hotel is near an Apple Campus in Cupertino...it was appropriate to have their Valance hide a message. Those 0s and 1s translates to: Enjoy Relax Stay Awhile

I chose this due to proximity to some business meetings. Rooms are incredibly dated. They do come with a fridge and a small microwave. Towels are very thin. Amenities are minimal - there is shampoo & conditioner & body wash in the shower but that is it They said rooms are only cleaned by request, but mine was cleaned after 2 days. Its common to see trash linger in the hallways for 12 hours or more. The gym is sad - there are some treadmills, 2 pelotons, one set of dumbbells and a single weight machine that is missing all but one attachment. There is a water cooler in there but you need to bring your own bottle. Rooms are dark. Wifi is fine but seems to need to reconnect every 24 hours

Should not be a 4star. Amenities are less than 3 or some 2 star. Hotel and hotel room was not clean. Bath Towels were thread bear ,some had multiple holes. No complimentary coffee and small coffee maker in room was a bio hazard. Hotel gets lots of use but evidently doesn’t employ necessary resources for upkeep and quality customer experience. Calling this hotel a 4 star hotel is laughable.

We were driving by and saw it and I just had to stay, we went home packed our stuff and went back. Really cool lay out. clean and nice staff. We would stay again!

We stayed here two nights for a concert at Shoreline amphitheater. We wanted to do a few things in San Jose, Saratoga and Los Gatos. This hotel was the perfect centralized location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was available early, it was quiet and clean. Emphasis on quiet, we slept so well. saw a few people said the property was dated, we did not see this. Everything was in top condition. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in excellent condition. The room had a fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker as well. We were traveling with our dog and there was a ton of grassy area to accommodate her. The garage was safe and had a ton of parking. We will be back the next time we are in town! This will probably be our go to hotel for concerts at shoreline. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.
