We had a room block at the Juniper Hotel for our wedding and the whole process was great. Mai and Diana were very communicative in helping to organize the room block and going over any additional services that we would need. We left gift bags with the front desk and they were great in giving them out to everyone in our party. They also helped to upgrade some of our guest's rooms which was unexpected and very much appreciated. For our room, they left a variety of treats and brought up a bottle of complimentary champagne for us to celebrate, it was such a nice touch that made the stay feel so special! The hotel was beautiful, the perfect distance to our venue and the rooms were great, everyone enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Great experience!!

We recently booked 16 rooms at the Juniper Hotel Cupertino for a very special occasion, our parents' 50th wedding anniversary, with family flying in from all across the United States. It was a big deal for us and the hotel delivered on every single front. Let's start with location because it really doesn't get much better. The hotel is within walking distance from a wide variety of restaurants, coffee and tea shops and is right off the freeway, making it incredibly easy for everyone to get to our event venue without dealing with local traffic. When you have a large group coming in from different parts of the country, that kind of convenience is everything. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered beautiful views of the mountains, which was such a lovely backdrop for a memorable family gathering. The hotel's own restaurant was a wonderful surprise too as the food was great and very reasonably priced, perfect for those moments when the family just wanted to stay in and enjoy each other's company. Complimentary parking was a huge bonus. Yes, the main lot fills up at night, but there is an overflow lot just half a block away so it was never really a problem. The area also felt very safe, which genuinely matters when you have elderly parents and family members coming and going at different hours. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the staff, and more specifically Nicholas Hartford (Nick Y) and Amber Hai at the front desk. These two were simply phenomenal. Coordinating check-in and check-out for 16 rooms with guests arriving at all different times from across the country could have easily been a logistical nightmare. Nick and Amber made it feel completely effortless. They were warm, attentive, proactive and genuinely cared about making sure every single guest felt welcomed and looked after. We travel a lot and we can honestly say we have very rarely come across this kind of personalized, heartfelt service from front desk staff. They went above and beyond in every sense of the word and we truly appreciated it. This will absolutely be our go-to hotel in the Cupertino area going forward. If you are planning a group stay especially, look no further. Thank you to the entire Juniper Hotel team for helping make our parents' 50th anniversary celebration truly unforgettable!

The was a great experience. Very attentive staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great - both service and food.

Good hotel close to the SJC airport. You can walk to the Cupertino Civic Center and a few restaurants as well. We didn’t try the pool. Room was nice , not much of a view. 2 adults and 2 kids, sharing a king bed and a rollaway bed
