Juniper Hotel Cupertino Curio Collection by Hilton

Do not stay here, dirty smelly sheets. Overcharged for everything. Haven’t stayed in a worst place like this one for years.

First morning shower gel ran out. Requested refill from housekeeping, which we got, but without making up beds. Third morning water flow was very slow, with hot water coming out of cold faucet and vice versa. Showering was quite challenging. Apparently a problem with entire hotel, which was fixed by evening. At least parking situation was good (and free) and location near Asian shopping and restaurants was convenient. Overall not up to expectations.

Since, this hotel is near an Apple Campus in Cupertino...it was appropriate to have their Valance hide a message. Those 0s and 1s translates to: Enjoy Relax Stay Awhile

I chose this due to proximity to some business meetings. Rooms are incredibly dated. They do come with a fridge and a small microwave. Towels are very thin. Amenities are minimal - there is shampoo & conditioner & body wash in the shower but that is it They said rooms are only cleaned by request, but mine was cleaned after 2 days. Its common to see trash linger in the hallways for 12 hours or more. The gym is sad - there are some treadmills, 2 pelotons, one set of dumbbells and a single weight machine that is missing all but one attachment. There is a water cooler in there but you need to bring your own bottle. Rooms are dark. Wifi is fine but seems to need to reconnect every 24 hours

Should not be a 4star. Amenities are less than 3 or some 2 star. Hotel and hotel room was not clean. Bath Towels were thread bear ,some had multiple holes. No complimentary coffee and small coffee maker in room was a bio hazard. Hotel gets lots of use but evidently doesn’t employ necessary resources for upkeep and quality customer experience. Calling this hotel a 4 star hotel is laughable.
