Daniel (Cholo) did an amazing pisco sour demonstration. Can’t wait to make it back in Florida! Great experience, highly recommend!

Very nice hotel with concierge Waldir being so incredibly helpful! Also, the brunch was amazing. Looking forward to staying here again.

Giving an average due to the check in experience where lobby staff “offered” an early check-in for 150 USD. I am perhaps used to hotel trying to accommodate rather than milking customers. The rooms are ok, a bit on the small side and noisy. On the upside a shout out to the marvelous service and food in the restaurant - our host Guido was top notch

Wonderful hotel in a beautifully restored historic building. Most places that offer included breakfast skimp on the offerings, but this breakfast was exceptional. We travel extensively and the breakfast exceeded both the typical and our expectations. While a live harpist played grntle music, they took our order for freshly made egg dishes or surprisingly good waffles and french toast. You also have access to a buffet with an impressive number of both hot and cold offerings (including Peruvian, Asian and tradional western).Iced coffee, "rested for 12 hours", was a first and a big hit with us. We took the free daily tour of the hotel and really enjoyed learning some of its history, including seeimg spme of original Incan walls. Initially a place to honor the dead, it was also used as a "palace" for the brother of Francisco Pizarro. Coupons for a free pisco sour per person per day was a fun surprise, as was the free class they offer in the evenings at the bar. Elmer was one of the many outstanding staff. They are all friendly, professional and eager to make your stay truly delightful. The location is great with shops, restaurants and a beauriful church with the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Our whole stay was amazing! The breakfast was phenomenal and our waiter Wilfredo was superb. Our pisco making experience at the Rumí Bar with Daniel was spectacular! We will definitely be visiting again!
