Unforgettable experience
We have staycationed at the boutique hotels in Dallas and not sure how we missed the one with so much history and beauty. Dam took us in a tour and he was very knowledgeable about the hotel. I can’t say enough about the staff! It was a great experience and our new fav - we will be back soon!

Exceptional Service — Eric Made My Stay Unforgettable!
From the moment I walked into The Adolphus, I felt welcomed. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is exceptional, and the customer service has been outstanding. I especially want to recognize Eric at the front desk. His professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help made a tremendous difference in my stay. He listened carefully to my needs, understood what I was requesting, and immediately took the appropriate action—often taking care of the small details that turn a good hotel stay into an amazing one. Working in Human Resources, I recognize when someone truly understands their role and takes pride in doing it well. Eric is one of those individuals. He represents hospitality and customer service at its best. As Miss Executive Texas, I sincerely appreciate how welcoming and accommodating he has been during my stay. Eric is an asset to The Adolphus and absolutely deserves recognition—and, in my opinion, consideration for advancement. Employees like him are the reason guests remember a hotel and want to return. Awesome!
We went on a friend's trip for the weekend and we had the best time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They always made us feel very welcome. Jesus, Jose, Raheema and Daniela at the front desk were super nice. We will definitely be back!!
