This hotel is top notch, as is its staff. The experience here was tremendous. Nigel was very attentive and a wealth of knowledge on the building itself. He went out of his way to make our stay that much better. Thank you Nigel!

Luxury resort experience in a charming historic hotel
I attended a business conference at the Statler but chose to stay at the Adolphus as a Marriott Bonvoy Member, away from the business crowd. I loved the historic charm, excellent food at City Hall and Otto’s coffee. The service was wonderful from the front desk, house keeping, restaurant, coffee shop and valet. The conference hotel was a perfect distance to get some movement in between day and evening events, and the Adolphus provided a house car for transportation for evening events. I did not have much time to enjoy but the pool and fitness room are above standard. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Just a girl looking for relaxation
Leon helped with our baggage and I can tell he takes great pride in his work. He has a friendly demeanor and a warm smile. The room was absolutely beautiful and the view was awesome. The staff at City Hall Bistro provided awesome service from Don, Ana, and the kitchen. The Spa At Aldophus was a relaxing experience. Jose immediately offered to assist us with our bags and ensuring they were placed in our vehicle. Jesus made sure we knew when the vehicle would arrive, making a seamless departure. Everything and everyone made this a wonderful trip. It was worth the price for such a luxurious experience. I will be returning.
