Killer location with some great sites to see within walking distance. The pool on the terrace was perfect for cooling off. The whole team from valet to pool to foh were all on point!

We love this hotel! It’s such a convenient location and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are not as up to date but the pool and atmosphere definitely make up for it!

Our stay at the Fairmont Dallas was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter’s very first hotel experience magical. They welcomed my 5-year-old daughter and my 1-year-old with balloons and teddy bears, and they called us “the royal family.” They even called my little girl “Princess Elena,” and she was absolutely glowing with excitement the entire time. She kept asking, “How do they know my name?!” 🥹 They truly made her feel like a real princess, and as a mom, that meant everything to me. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel felt warm, elegant, and relaxing. We also ordered room service, and the food was amazing — fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly. The valet service was another highlight. Every time we were ready for our car, we would call ahead, and by the time we made it down to the lobby, our car was already there waiting for us. The convenience and customer service were top tier. Overall, we had the most amazing experience, and we highly recommend everyone — especially families with children — to stay here. The staff truly knows how to make kids feel special and welcomed. Elena is already asking when we can come back again! 💕 Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We will definitely be back!
