Fairmont Dallas

I had a really pleasant stay. It is relatively an old establishment but I’d say everything is well kept and very convenient. I am most impressed with the staff - Bui at the front desk, Darrel and Phillip at the concierge are the names I remember for exceptional services but even the restaurant staff were amazing.

The Fairmont Dallas was incredible. An iconic stay for sure. It was built in 1969 and it is still such an elegant and beautiful place. My wife and I stayed for one night to celebrate our 16th year anniversary. The lobby is gorgeous, our room was beautiful, and we loved our time in the Arts District in Dallas. On arrival, our concierge, Mr. Thaddeus Darrel Lucas, heard it was our anniversary and he did not hesitant to have a beautiful champagne set up in our room that night with signs that said Happy Anniversary. He also quickly got us set up with the hotel's complimentary car and got us to our dinner reservations! We were planning to walk but it was great to be out of the heat. Definitely recommend this hotel! So many attractions were in walking distance. We got to see a play on Dallas Broadway and visit the art museums!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Fairmont. The people at the valet parking were just superb and made us feel right at home. Also the check in/out was swift and done by very freindly staff. Also the concierge was very helpfull. There is lots of room for the valet parking, but it can get a little busy in the morning with people checking out. I was a little disappointed with the rooms. They look dated. The bathroom was relatively small and there was an issue with the shower head which was detached from the wall. Although the AC was working, it didn't really get the temperature down. Having said that, the hotel is in a central location and we enjoyed the stay

The room and staff were amazing. The food not so much. It looked amazing but lacked in taste. Darrel with concierge was so kind.

My husband & I have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 20 years. This hotel is a top notch & and a great location in downtown Dallas. The main reason we keep coming back is its staff members.Phillip is the concierge member and can help you with anything you need to know about from restaurants to night life!Esteban is also a concierge and more than willing to help you. Roberto is the best bar tender ever and works in the Pyramid bar and can help with any food suggestions you need.Gold Lounge is 2 wonderful associates by the name of Jack & Jessica! They both go out of their way to make you feel at home! Please visit this Fairmont Dallas and make sure to meet the excellent staff members.
