The location is perfectly located in downtown Dallas, minutes from every outer metropolitan area. Mr Philip Powel is an invaluable employee. We have known him for over 6 years and he has made each stay at the hotel pleasurable due to his professional V.I.P service. THANK YOU!

The customer service is excellent at the front desk. They are friendly, courteous and helpful when called and when checking in or checking out.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Amazing stay. Everyone at the hotel was SO helpful. Housekeeping happily helped me lace up a dress I couldn’t do myself. All of the front desk staff was so kind and happy to help with my requests. I had some lightbulbs go out in my room and maintenance was speedy and kind. Overall amazing experience!!
