What a Gem in the Heart of Dallas! We had the most Amazing experience and the hotel was so beautiful, clean, great location, beautiful aesthetic…. Truly cannot say enough about it! The staff was even more attentive and impressive, Marissa especially accommodated us in every way! We had a late night check in after a long travel and Marissa made sure we got chicken tenders that my daughter requested even when they weren’t a menu option! First class, 5 star experience top to bottom! Highly recommend! Location perfect, walking distance to everything cool!

My stay at Hall Arts Dallas was nothing short of amazing! From the impeccable lobby to the warmth of the gentlemen at the door to the incredible reception at the front desk, I felt welcomed immediately upon entry. The staff is overall amazing. Ava was the stand out and I am so thankful for her courtesy and truly genuine welcome to the property. Stacy also ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I felt right at home right away. I upgraded to the Masterpiece Suite and I must tell you, it is truly a treat, if you can indulge! All of their accommodations are spotless, modern and top tier. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose. The gym on the second floor is large for a hotel gym. I was impressed with the condition, the size, and the availability of equipment. I also love the art that adorns the hotel walls. Truly a lot of detail in the selection of their decor. I also had an opportunity to try the restaurant onsite Astra, which was very tasty. I recommend the smashburger with the Parmesan fries and also their specialty salad. John was our server and he was amazing! Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool, which is very intimate, clean and truly serves the purpose of taking in the view of the city while taking a plunge. There is also a courtesy car on site if you need accessibility to nearby places within a mile. Greg was absolutely incredible as my driver and advised of the best locations nearby. Time was extremely helpful in recommending some hot spots to check out as well . Hall Arts Hotel Dallas will definitely be my go-to when I'm in the area. Highly recommended with expectations. Exceeded beyond measure!

We booked several days at the Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas. Immediately we were impressed by the exterior and interior design. The lobby was definitely modern, clean and trendy. We were greeted and assisted by hotel employees I know as Oz and Marissa. They immediately made my family feel as though we had visited numerous times before. They were extremely professional and yet had a family feel to their demeanor. Check in was smooth and both Oz and Marissa answered our questions and even offered their input that would make our stay in Dallas even more enjoyable. During our stay we called upon them several times. They greeted us each time with a smile and pleasant small talk while addressing any issue. They found out about an accomplishment a family member was receiving here in Dallas and surprised us with having a bottle of wine and a personal handwritten card delivered to our room. To fully understand the level of customer service they provided can be explained on one of my last conversations with Oz. He provided me with his work email and told me to contact him prior to our next visit so that he could male sure the continued level of service continues and that he would be there to assist in anyway possible. The Hall Arts Hotel is lucky to have Oz and Marissa representing them. 10 out of 10. Definitely the only place I would stay in Dallas. Note: I bragged to much about the service and failed to mention that the rooms, lounge and other facilities were immaculate, clean and very well maintained.

Absolutely loved this hotel and location. The room, the amenities, and the staff all exceeded expectations. Special shoutout to Carlos for always being so attentive and ready to take our group to spots near the hotel through their chauffeur service.
