Okay, so when we first rolled up to the Hall Arts, it looked super swanky, but we were a tiny bit unsure about the area (and our view of a parking lot). We were totally wrong! Getting around to Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, and downtown was a breeze and for anyone who's into art, this place is IDEAL. We walked to restaurants, the park, the museums and even downtown. We got an amazing tour of the artwork in the hotel from Curtis – seriously, if you stay here, you HAVE to do it. He was so super friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a lovely way to spend an hour. Plus he was just generally awesome and helpful the whole time we were there. Same for Ava, was also especially great, but honestly, everyone who worked there was really lovely. We had some great pancakes in the restaurant the next morning, where there was often live music playing, which was a nice vibe. Our room was huge and super comfy – and bonus points for the separate toilet, always a win! I loved the robes, though my husband did find them a bit heavy in the heat (I like a heavy robe, and I guess him not so much). Note that we were right next to an outdoor wedding and the performance hall and didn't hear a thing in our room. The pool wasn't massive, but it was big enough for cooling off in the heat and nice and quiet (we picked Hall Arts over another hotel with a beautiful pool where they offered day passes - no issue here). And the gym? Way better than we expected for a smaller hotel – tons of equipment and really spacious, with great Peloton bikes and everything else you might want (including some chilled eucalyptus towels). Honestly, we absolutely loved our stay. Curtis and Ava really went above and beyond to make it extra special. We recommend this place to anyone heading to Dallas wanting an artistic respite!

We absolutely loved the Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas. Perfectly situated in the Arts District, it worked well for our overnight getaway. We came to see an event at the Winspear, and this beautiful boutique hotel was right across the street! (We also ate dinner at La Stella, which is next door. Very good food and music!). After our show, while others exited to the kind of traffic that tends to happen after an event, we walked a few feet to our hotel. How great was that? The Hall Arts Hotel delighted us. The design elements fit perfectly with its location. The staff were friendly, very professional and kind with questions. The bright, cheerful room with comfortable beds and artistic fixtures felt new. After the show, we went to the bar and enjoyed a little relaxing time before bed. The staff, again, were quite good. The following morning, after a restful night's sleep, we went to breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. It was delicious and, again, friendly staff. I keep mentioning the staff, I know. But, in our experience, staff can make or break a hotel. This group of people added to an already great experience. We are thinking of coming back to stay a day or two to explore the Arts District. I think we will have to do that soon! Thank you - Hall Arts Hotel!

Hall arts hotel Dallas, is a very chick and cozy hotel. It has the softest bed we had ever slept in. We went for our 16th wedding anniversary and from the start the staff made it a fabulous choice for us. From the great smell of our floor hall, to the cleanliness of the room our stay was wonderful. But everything started before that. From the valet parking to the welcoming glass of wine and the wonderful upgrade we received from Ms. Stacy. The staff made this little getaway a one to cherish for ever.

This is a true gem in downtown Dallas. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, style, and a genuine appreciation for art and design. The location is unbeatable—super close to the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Winspear Opera House. We were in town to experience culture and cocktails - and it delivered! The hotel itself feels like a boutique gallery. Thoughtfully curated contemporary artworks are integrated throughout the space, making it feel vibrant yet serene. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible city views. The service was top-notch—professional, attentive, and welcoming. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the valet team was prompt and courteous. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center—both stylish and well-maintained. Ellie’s, the on-site restaurant, is an experience in itself. The food was delicious and artistically presented, and the patio is perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast or a lively dinner with friends. We will be back!

Great hotel in the art and museum district. Great neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Nice, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is close to a park, bars and restaurant. 30 minutes walk to downtown. Also located near a stop of the free tramway that takes you up to west-village. A must when in Dallas. Definately one of the better hotels in downtown Dallas.
