HALL Arts Hotel

Curtis was immensely helpful! He was happy to accommodate me with an extended check out time which was extremely beneficial for me. Looking forward to returning to the hotel, everytime was fantastic!

What a gorgeous, GORGEOUS boutique hotel in downtown Dallas (in the Arts District). We stayed for only one night, on NYE, for a staycation and to catch the Stars game at nearby AAC. Even before we arrived, I had connected with Marissa at the hotel to help with our room selection. She could not have been more kind and attentive. Upon check-in, valet was seamless, and Alexis at front desk was so amazing. The suite was breathtaking, with the most delightful decor and a soaking tub to die for. We enjoyed tasting some of the HALL wines in the beautiful bar/lounge and Fabien (not sure of his spelling ?) was the most excellent bartender. Also had some wonderful bites and in-room breakfast that was quite tasty. Can't wait to go back when the full restaurant re-model is complete. In summary, an exquisite hotel to stay, for whatever reason you are coming to downtown, HALL ARTS Hotel is not to be missed if you are looking for a unique, artful experience wrapped in under-stated luxury. First class all the way!!!!

Location was right in the heart of Dallas and next to Klyde Warren Park. Atmosphere was really nice and the decorations were great and this was the case in the room too. Room service was quick and the food was amazing. Overall a great place to stay in downtown dallas. Also the staff was very welcoming and helpful and made sure we had everytbing we needed from ice to water to quick room service.

The only way to start this review is “WOW”. My wife and I had reservations at another Hilton hotel down the road, and the pictures of the room on the Hilton website did not match the room we walked into. They had a remodel and the pictures had not been updated. We decided not to stay there and remembered a previous stay at the Hall Arts Hotel, so I picked up the phone and was connected with Curtis, who got us set up with the Hilton reservations team. Once booked, we jumped back into the car and drove downtown, arriving at the Hall Arts hotel. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Ava. She is fantastic and so welcoming. You can tell she loves what she does, so professional and made us feel at home. We were handed a glass of wine by Oz, and off to our gorgeous room we went. Later in the stay, Brandont guided us to a few places to eat. He recommended Ellie's restaurant, which is in the hotel. We had breakfast there, and it was terrific - great suggestion! I did not mention how beautiful and well-designed this hotel is. If you are looking for a classy hotel with modern amenities, book a room at the Hall Art Hotel. You can't go wrong!

Great hotel -- clean and friendly and front desk staff amazing. Especially Ava-- I requested a room with a tub and a room with a tub wasn't assigned to me but she went out of her way to get me one. Rooms were big, bright and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was also great-- walking distance to many restaurants.
