i’ve stayed at Hall Arts many times and each of those times at least two times per visit one of the staff members or more, have accommodated me in various situations. As well, I’ve been upgraded about every other time. If I’m here during the week in the check-in process could not be more efficient. And lastly, Ellie’s restaurant has never disappointed. It seems to have a fairly diverse and not too heavy of a menu.

A spectacular hotel in the heart of Dallas. My wife and I found this hotel for our anniversary and the experience has been second to none. From our check in when we were greeted with wine, thru the evening when we were pleasantly surprised with Prosecco and macarons, this has been a wonderful stay. The front desk associates Marissa and Ava made sure that every need was met. Room service breakfast was heavenly and I cannot even begin to explain how comfy the bed was. We will certainly be back!

I visited town after my brother’s suicide. After 4 days of hosting, coordinating, and nonstop talking, I booked a room here because I was emotionally spent. I have a higher Marriott status, as that is my primary chain. They never give me upgrades, and I’ve grown accustomed to it. Not only did Hilton give me an upgrade because of my status, but they also brought my bags up. Of course they didn’t know why I was in town, but after days of emotionally caring for others, it truly made all the difference in the world to me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

Amazing time at the Hall Arts Hotel Dallas. The room was amazing. The food on point. And Scott at the front desk was phenomenal. He was highly professional, proficient, and meet all our needs. If able highly recommend staying at this hotel and ask for Scott.

We love this hotel and visited 3 time over the past 12 months as we were on the college tour! We are so glad our daughter picked a Dallas school so we can be regulars. On my most recent visit, everyone from the Valet, to the Mail Room,to the restaurant staff were so helpful. In particular the front desk, Alexis and Curtis were amazing in helping me to manage the most recent visit and college move-in. I am so grateful for all of their kindess.
