Great hotel experience
Great experience at Hall Arts for my work trip. Even better experience on my ride back to the airport with Carlos!!! Very personable with a wealth of knowledge about the city! He's an absolute gem!!

Rude service and uncomfortable beds
The bed was incredibly hard so I didn’t get any sleep. I was supposed to be under a room block but the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She laughed on the phone while calling the sales team. They said they wouldn’t adjust my rate. This hotel is extremely confusing to get to from the parking garage as well. I won’t be staying here again and telling my 100k social media followers not either.

Stayed here for 2 days. The entire staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. I had great conversations with Carlos and Erika. Overall, exceptional service. I will definitely be returning.

Home away from home.
Hall Arts Hotel was a 10/10 experience throughout my stay. From check in to check out, Sharon was so warm and kind. As the first point of contact at arrival, she set the bar high. The hotel itself, including the room and pool areas, was beautiful and very clean. The other staff I interacted with as well were all so welcoming and always ready to help. The location was perfect as well, very central and close to a lot of things. You definitely get what you pay for over here! I will definitely be making Hall our go to whenever we’re in Dallas.

It was wonderful stay! Love the location, the bar was an immaculate vibe and Sharon was a great help!! Will definitely come back.
