My husband and I had a lovely 2-night stay at the Hall Arts Hotel when we visited Dallas for an event at the American Airlines Center. I loved the unique tambourine art installation hanging in the lobby and other interesting arts themed artwork. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Our room was comfortable. My husband declared the red fish tacos were the best he has ever eaten. Great location. Super stay!

We had a fantastic experience with Hall Arts — their professionalism really stands out. Marissa was especially amazing to work with. She was helpful, organized, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell this team truly cares about quality and the people they work with. Highly recommend

The hotel was beautiful and the room was outstanding. Curtis at the front desk was very friendly and gave great suggestions for amenities surrounding the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a fabulous place to stay if attending a show at the DSO or AT&T center. Easily walkable to both as well as Klyde Warren park and several restaurants of varying levels. The hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and a very friendly staff.

Do NOT stay here. Avoid at all costs. Dirty rooms, nothing works, incorrect charges, and very rude, incompetent staff. I booked through Amex FHR thinking this would be a great option. WRONG. At check-in, the room was dirty: hair on the couch, a blood stain (!!!) on a towel, and crumbs on the floor. I switched rooms but the new room was still not clean, with dust on most major surfaces. I had a long flight, so I wiped things down myself and went to sleep. When I woke up, I found that most room features were not working: the electric curtains, room phone, and desk lamp, to name a few. Even the electrical outlet was falling out of the wall. I also received a note saying the hotel was transitioning from Hilton to the Marriott family the next day, and that I needed to stop by the front desk the next morning to re-key my room key and settle separate folios for the Hilton vs Marriott days. None of this was communicated at check-in. When I received the Hilton-side folio, they charged the wrong amount and did not apply the Amex credit. I went to the front desk that evening, and the manager (Stacey) said they could not reverse the charge and would have to process it as a refund after the system converted overnight. She told me to come back early the next morning to get the refund and a refund statement. I had an early flight, so I went down to the front desk at 5am. The night staff said the system was down and the conversion would not be completed until later in the day (~3pm). He also said they no longer had access to the Hilton-side documents since they were now Marriott, and that I would need to call back later to dispute the charges. When I explained what Stacey told me, he accused me of making it up, refused to acknowledge the incorrect information I was given, and was very rude. He even muttered a swear word at me. I understand transitions can have technical glitches, but this is not how staff should handle it. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. This is not a luxury hotel. With dirty rooms, things falling apart, incorrect charges, and terrible service, it is not worth the price. I have stayed at many hotels, and this was one of the worst experiences. I will dispute the charges with Amex instead of dealing with this hotel again.
