Good hotel, great service.
The hotel is very nice, and the staff is fantastic. Special thanks to Alexis at the front desk. She and Stacy went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The area feels safe to walk around. Very happy to return here in the future.

Autograph hotel of choice in Dallas
Much like its namesake wine, Hall Arts Hotel is exceptional. Service was impeccable from the moment we stepped out of our car and continued throughout our stay. Carlos and Oz were both welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches set this hotel apart - glasses of Hall’s award-winning wine upon entry, a tray of macarons sent up to the room, complimentary use of the hotel’s electric SUV, and unlimited bottled water. The hospitality here was both unexpected and unmatched. The rooms were generously sized, well designed, and offered luxury amenities - Frette linens, a garment steamer, and Lavazza espresso machines. The comfort of the beds were matched by the quality of sleep we enjoyed during our stay, as the hotel and its surroundings were delightfully quiet. Hall’s signature art is featured throughout the hotel - both a nod to the hotel’s location and the family’s mission to support the arts. The location is steps away from everything the Arts District has to offer, but is also centrally located even if you’re not taking in a performance or a museum. Hall Arts Hotel is by far our Autograph Collection hotel of choice in Dallas and a jewel in the Marriott crown. Looking forward to another perfect stay on our next trip to Dallas.

Very friendly and helpful staff!
Hall Arts took great care of us and really went above and beyond in making our kids feel welcome. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff was helpful at every turn. Shout out in particular to Eva and Oz at reception and Mario in the restaurant.

Great hospitality and wine
The valet, reception, and staff have all been wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and felt new. The pool was warm and well-stocked with towels. The A/C blew ice cold air and the shower was as hot as I wanted. To tip it all off, we have enjoyed the Hall wine at reception and the art throughout the property. We will be back!
