OUTSTANDING!
Beautiful hotel with outstanding service! My wife & I were in Dallas for a wedding and to celebrate my birthday the next day. Marissa was friendly and gracious when we checked in and she sent a card, a hand drawn & colored picture of a birthday cake, and a bottle of wine to “kick start” our celebratory weekend. The kindness and special treatment was very much appreciated! We also had the chance to enjoy lunch at the rooftop pool with a great view of downtown Dallas. Highly recommend the HALL Arts Hotel and we’ll definitely be back!

45th Anniversary Trip
The Hall Arts Hotel by Marriott is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Dallas. I booked this Hotel for our 45th Anniversary celebration. The staff was amazing, Alexis was the one that one that checked us in. She upgraded our room and offered a bottle of wine. When we made it up to our room, it was amazing. Two rooms with corner view. Big windows to see the Downtown view and the Arts District! Highly recommend this hotel. I rate this experience as a 10.

My family and friends booked numerous rooms for the weekend at the Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas. Immediately upon approaching the entrance we were greeted by the valet. He offered assistance and was very pleasant. The friendliness and world class customer service continued at the front desk. We had the pleasure of meeting Ava and Neri. They are the type of customer service representatives that every hotel strives to retain. From day one to our last day Ava and Neri were always accessible and greeted us like we were old friends. They were professional in a classy subtle old school way. Each visit thru the lobby turned into a friendly visit. The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean. The name Hall Arts describes the hotel. From the lounge, weight room and to the pool our experience was amazing. This will be our go to hotel for our future visits to the Dallas area. Staying at the Hall Arts is comparable to visiting family. Well done hotel team, and especially Ava and Neri!! Hopefully we will see you soon!
