Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, great location!
Large clean and comfortable room. Great location. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was great, especially Curtis at the front desk. The fitness center is large, clean, and has lots of equipment. The restaurant in the hotel serves a delicious breakfast. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s the only place I’ll stay in my future trips to Dallas. No complaints

80th Birthday Evening
We stayed for our dad’s 80th birthday and it was wonderful. They took great care of our family from check in thru check out. Ava was so sweet, nice and thoughtful when we checked in.

Great Executive Service by Greg - Hall Arts Hotel
Greg who worked at the hotel used the company car to drive us to the local mall. He was great, told us all about the city and knowledge of the hotel. He was concerned about our level of satisfaction with the hotel and asked us about our needs and sincerely provided offers to help us or answer questions. Prior to departure he offered to send water to our room and upon return it was there. He made the difference in our satisfaction with the hotel. He was a very safe driver and the ride was very comfortable and executive level service. Greg and other like him who provided service to us was 5 star level and Greg stood out.
