Top Notch
Exceptionally clean and well run establishment. Top-notch service too. From my check in with the exceptionally friendly and helpful Alexis, to my time in their lounge, eating delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Their gym was awesome and well appointed. I was able to enjoy one of their suites that had one of the largest tubs I’ve ever been in! I chose this hotel because of the distance from the office that I needed to work at, but now I would choose it again because of the quality of the service and the facilities. I hadn’t even tried the pool!! Next time.

Awesome hotel and staff (especially Alexis)
Excellent place to stay. The staff is professional, extremely friendly, and actually seems to enjoy working there; specifically Alexis. She was truly a pleasure to interact with and is one of the main reasons we will return.

A Fine Hotel for Arts Lovers
Located in the Arts District, this hotel is walking distance to the Dallas Museum of Art, music, dance and opera performance venues. With excellent staff, a gym and a roof top pool, we totally loved it. It is also surrounded by restaurants and a five minute walk to a park. Above all, we appreciated the staff - from housekeeping to valet, and the smiling front desk folks. We plan to stay at this hotel every time we visit Dallas.

Wonderful
Valet service was excellent. Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service. Amenities were great. Bedrooms and Bathrooms comfortable. Highly recommend.
