Pretty Average. No Gym- shut for refurb, no concierge, no spa facilities. Roof top Pool but no service. We had booked The Statler and changed our minds thinking this might be better. ??

I had a wonderful experience at Hall Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Curtis checked me in and was extremely professional, informative, and welcoming. He made the process smooth and pleasant. I was fortunate to receive an upgraded room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, I was able to take advantage of a $30 credit at the bar, which was a great perk. Overall, my stay was comfortable and exceeded expectations—thanks to the excellent service from Curtis and the thoughtful amenities. I would definitely recommend Hall Hotel to anyone visiting Dallas!

I had an incredible stay at Hall Arts Hotel, but the highlight of my trip was definitely breakfast at Ellie’s two days in a row! Robert, our server, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The manager (I didn’t catch his name , but tall with long hair) was equally amazing and made the whole experience feel special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service truly stood out. Highly recommend starting your day here if you’re staying at the hotel or even if you’re not!

Alexis was amazing, she was so helpful when it came to our rooms, so welcoming and attentive. She is a true 10/10! If the experience wasn’t already amazing she made it 10x better!
