Hospitality at Its Finest
As someone who travels frequently, I know the difference between good service and exceptional service. During my recent stay at Hall Arts Hotel, Ava and Kaprina at the front desk delivered the latter. I booked a last-minute getaway over the Fourth of July weekend and mentioned during check-in that I had hoped for a room with a bathtub. It was simply a casual comment, but Ava and Kaprina immediately took ownership of the situation and found a way to upgrade my room. Their responsiveness, initiative, and genuine care were impressive enough, but they went even further by sending wine, desserts, and a handwritten welcome note to my room. The property itself is gorgeous—artful, sophisticated, and perfectly located—but what truly distinguishes Hall Arts Hotel is its people. Ava and Kaprina created a personalized guest experience that made me feel seen, valued, and cared for. To hotel management: employees like Ava and Kaprina are what create guest loyalty. Their service was memorable, thoughtful, and deserving of recognition. I look forward to returning.
