Great customer service!
From the time I walked in Marissa and Kaprina made sure I was treated with luxury. My first time here and I am thoroughly impressed! The valet personnel were really professional and nice also! I didn’t have to get my bag out of the car and they brought my luggage to my room! Oh, how could I forget? I received complimentary champagne! (A glass)

Awesome staycation
My daughter and I did a staycation ar the hotel. Marissa and oz are super friendly and helpful. They helped us to have an amazing time!

Exquisite luxury and surprisingly family friendly.
Starting this with a shoutout to Oz and Marissa who triluly went above and beyound to make our stay amazing and a definite return. This is my second stay here and it is quickly becoming my favorite. The service here is impeccable across the entire profile from valet to checking to housekeeping to the restaurant. This time I brought my kids for Blue man group and for not being a typical family hotel the stay and especially staff did not disappoint allowing my kiddos to feel luxury and hospitality. Our suite was amazing ans my children loved the bath tub, view and room. The warmed rooftop pool allowed for a little fun before our show. We had gifted our amazing checkin with some fun animals who they made a great memory with. Oz and Marissa you are the best. The robes, the room service, the exquisite art everywhere set the stage for a night of pamper and luxury that my 10 and 8 year old boys will not soon forget. Sidenote.....the truffle French fries were amazing.
