The Highland Dallas

I had such a wonderful experience at The Highland Hotel in Dallas! Gracie was incredibly kind and gave me a tour of the property, and I was absolutely blown away by the elegance and charm of the hotel. My husband and I were so impressed that we made a reservation that very night. Mr. Will at the front desk made our check-in process seamless—he was so helpful and sweet, ensuring we were settled in comfortably. Both booking and checkout were quick and hassle-free. We also had the chance to try breakfast at their new restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The hotel room was spotless, cool, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend The Highland Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming staycation in Dallas. We will definitely be back!

Good location located next to convenient restaurant and shops. Will was an excellent FDA who helped with explaining hotel amenities. Room was clean and spacious with excellent AC

Trae Abdel and Manuel from valet were absolutely amazing. Trae especially was so patient and went above and beyond literally every day of our trip. They were so kind. Will was amazing too. Both my business partner and I said we will always stay at this hotel when we come to Dallas because the service was phenomenal. I stay in a lot of hotels and I think it is so rare to find service like this. They were incredibly responsive. Every request was answered almost immediately. I had a problem with my door and they fixed it right away. Avery even walked up to my room with me to check the situation herself. She deserves so much recognition. I wanted to hire her myself : ) I’m so grateful. Taylor and Liliana and Etienne were also generous. I’m just blown away. Thank you!

Taylor is fantastic and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay! She was so kind, attentive and helpful. My check in experience was seamless because of her and the entire team has been wonderful.
