The Highland Dallas

Our time in Dallas was made much more enjoyable because of our stay at the Highland Hotel. From the time we arrived, we were greeted by a very pleasant and kind and accommodating young lady by the name of Taylor. She took care of us as though we were with family. This says a lot about your hotel establishment. Everyone from Taylor and the manager that overseas the cleaning of the rooms and staff were wonderful. The hotel itself was top notch the outside pool the fitness center the spa all five star status. The next time, my wife and I visit Dallas we will be staying at the Highland. Upon check in, Will at the front desk was extremely helpful and gracious to assist with all my questions. I had not been to The Highland in years, and it was nice to get a rundown of the changes. Terrific stay.

Pros Great location I was able to select the room I wanted on app before I arrived Digital keys Gym had apples and water I love a hotel with good lighting in the bathroom so us boss babes can get ready properly There was also a basket in the shower for your personal toiletries I needed a foam pillow and they brought me a nice selection asap Excellent attention to guest needs with a convenient text string Under bed and under sink lighting if need to get up in the middle of the night Cons No free bottles of water in the rooms Small gym, 2 treads
