Excellent hotel. It was fancier thgan the hotels I usually stay at. Only downside was no gift shop in the builoding

Our business meeting at Hotel Crescent was flawless from start to finish. From the initial contract to room blocks, catering, meal selections, and A/V support, the entire team delivered outstanding service with impressive attention to detail. Every question was answered quickly and professionally, and every request was handled without hesitation. The guest rooms were exceptional, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The food was excellent and received compliments from everyone in our group. The catering team ensured that every meal was perfectly timed and presented. Hotel Crescent exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, hospitality, and seamless execution made our event a success. I highly recommend this hotel for any corporate meeting or event.

I spend 4 night every year at the Crescent for business. It is always a great experience. The service and rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The bathrooms modern. Extras include Nespresso machines and minibar. The gym is world class with exceptional equipment (TechnoGym) and the pool, albeit small, is a nice touch on the second floor. The area around the Crescent has world calls food and great activities including the Kady Trail. Look forward to returning in the Fall 2026!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Crescent and was a bit disappointed this time. Multiple issues including housekeeping forgetting to replace regular coffee pods and bottled water, low shower pressure, running toilet, difficulty opening the door after using key, etc. The elevator broke the morning we were checking out and we had to call to the front desk and have someone come up and take us down the service elevator. We had a group of 6, and upon check-in all of the rooms got switched to the same name. Overall, it was not a great experience, especially for the price of the rooms. We'll probably look elsewhere for our next trip to Dallas.

Without fail, year after year, I have always been able to count on the exceptional teams at Hotel Crescent Court. Most recently, I had the privilege of producing a high-profile wedding on the property, and once again, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite unexpected weather challenges and a few unforeseen intangibles, the entire property team came together seamlessly to ensure the event was executed with excellence. Marcel, Director of Banquets, along with Santiago and the entire catering staff, delivered flawless service from start to finish. The Concierge Team — Jim, JB, and Rick — went above and beyond to make sure every guest enjoyed a memorable and effortless experience. We will always give a five-star review to the Social Catering Managers and their incredible teams. The cohesiveness, professionalism, and heart of this group of hospitality experts are truly unmatched. It’s beyond a well-oiled machine — it’s a dream. Watching contingency plans come to life at the last minute, with such grace and precision that no one ever noticed a pivot, was simply remarkable. We will forever be grateful for the collaboration, expertise, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the Hotel Crescent Court staff.
