What a pleasent surprise. Room is extraordinary, as well as bathroom. Everyone has been super attentive and friendly. For sure my "go-to" from now in Dallas.

Great place.
Everything was perfect. We celebrated a 60th bday for a friend and the staff was generous enough to provide an upgraded room. Plus, appointed the room with Flowers and other accoutrements. Staff was great and the spa and fitness room are top notch.

Anniversary trip.
Upon learning it was our anniversary, Angel very graciously upgraded us to a nice suite. Plus he comped us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The staff were all very kind and courteous. It made for a wonderful anniversary celebration!

The food from Nobu and room service was excellent, delicious 😋 and the service was Superb.
I went to the Crescent Court Hotel after 20 years, and to my surprise i saw of the staff that was there 20 years ago and they remember me, it was like a happy family reunion, they make me feel welcome, appreciate and love, rhe service was excellent, from the front desk, room service, security, valet, the bar and restaurant staff they were great. I will be back the experience i got this past weekend is something I will never forget, this place is full of great professionals, great people with an excellent heart. I highly recommend it. Thank you Angel Keelie, Gustavo, JB, Harold, Ramon and everyone else. Thank you for all your kidness and for an unforgettable weekend.

Could have been better.
This was my first stay at The the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas. The atmosphere was very nice in the lobby, and the room I was in was perfect with a great bed and amenities. However...I was shocked by all the additional add ons on my final bill. These people charge unnecessary fees and really pad the price with such charges as "destination fee transient of $35 per day, tourism PID Reimb Fees daily of $20+, daily credit card convenience fees, etc., adding an additional $300+ without ever disclosing these charges. When asked about the Transient fee of $35 I was told it was because I had access to the spa and pool. Not that I used them-only that they existed if I chose to use them. That, to me, says it all.
