The staff was professional and helpful. Ms. Wilda went above and beyond with her support (a can-do attitude). I enjoyed my stay and the hotel's location.

Just visited the hotel Crescent Court, was impressed with the quality. The staff was attentive from the valet to the concierge and not to forget an extremely accommodating bell man. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and if your wanting to be in the hub of downtown and close to restaurants this is for you. The location was excellent. We attended a beautiful family wedding in the club and what a spacious, well done venue!

From the moment we drove up and entered Hotel Crescent Court, we were treated like royalty. Both the valet and front desk were exceptional in welcoming us. The room was roomy, great view, exceptionally clean, luxurious amenities in the bathroom and super quiet; not to mention, the beds are heavenly!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was nice and aesthetically pleasing. All the staff was very polite and eager to help. I was concerned about being charged for the mini fridge items I did not use, but I was assured it wouldn’t be charged and I wasn’t. I appreciate that because I like to use the fridge for personal things. The spa was also lovely.

I’ve been a very long time and loyal patron of this property. However, this hotel has become one of the worst when it comes to hidden junk fees - instead of just publishing outright their nightly rates in a fair and straightforward fashion, they are now adding $75 for parking & $35 for “amenities.” This needs to be called out, regardless of what others or doing or how they justify. Publish your total, real nightly rates and people will decide if they want to pay them based on your service, location, etc relative to others; otherwise, no matter what you say about disclosures, we find out about them at checkout when there is no decision to be except about whether to come back or not.
