A little tired
Our room smelled very musty and was quite warm and muggy. Then it started to smell of urine. Even the Bellman who helped me move rooms said it smelled bad and was musty. They moved me the second night, but it wax expensive for such a sub par experience.

Gorgeous luxury hotel with exceptional service staff
The Hotel Crescent Court is an absolutley gorgeous property with incredibly welcoming staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location couldn't be more perfect - situated right in the heart of Dallas with excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. Our room was remarkably spacious with beautiful furnishings and every amenity you could possibly need. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. Everything felt very unique and special, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. We've stayed at many hotels over the years, but this one truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dallas!

Southern hospitality at Crescent Court
This is such a stunning hotel with the most lovely staff! The location is great with a lot within walking distance. The rooms are super spacious and everyone is so kind!

Do not stay here!
Do not let these reviews deceive you. The service at this hotel is atrocious. Not only is the staff beyond disrespectful, but they do absolutely to accommodate you, despite multiple attempts of solutions proposed. The front desk receptionist, Nia, and supervisor, Manish, do not care about their guests and would rather lose business than help you. The front desk staff would have rather kicked out my newborn at 8pm at night than help us resolve our booking issue that we prepaid for in advance. The negligence of the staff was beyond comprehension. Also, I requested on 4 separate occasions (well in advance) a crib and later a fridge for my milk, was assured that all items would be in the room, but nothing was prepared. When we finally received the crib, it looked like it was from the 80s with disgusting peeling paint. To say this is a 4 to 5 star hotel is a lie. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel in my life.
