Hotel ZaZa Dallas

Hotel Zaza is the perfect stay while in Zaza. Located in a very Chic part of town it is perfectly situated to visit great restaurants in the area. It also is a short walk from Katy Trail for those looking for a beautiful morning or evening walk. The hotel itself is very clean and elegant, staff is very helpful and professional, bar is stacked with great spirits and a well thought out cocktail menu. Definitely recommend staying here while visiting Dallas!

We stayed here for a mini vacay away from our kids to celebrate our Anniversary. The property is cute and in an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities and thoughtful touches make this a great stay! The bed and balcony were great and all of the thoughtful touches throughout the property were a nice throwback to pre-Covid days when hotels did more of these things (I.e. free snacks and wine in the lobby at certain times, turn down service with moon pies, etc.). They were hosting a wedding right below our room and the bass from the music from the wedding party could be heard until well after midnight but we were still up and could’ve called the front desk or asked to be moved if it kept us up. Just know that if you are in a balcony room facing the pool on the second floor you may get some noise in your room from the banquet and party rooms, despite the sound proof glass preventing pool noise. This place was excellent overall and we will be back!

As a Dallas local, this is hands down my favorite hotel in the city. The valet team is always courteous, and the staff consistently makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. And the wraps at Dragonfly? Absolutely my favorite!

We are always drawn back to Hotel Zaza for their excellent customer service and 2 outstanding employees. Richard and Luis are very focused on guest needs and attentive to detail. They are a great asset to Zaza! We look forward to a future staycation.

Exceptionally well kept, clean and quiet hotel in uptown Dallas. Convient walking distance to great dining, coffee, grocery stores, and the Katy walk/ run trail. Nice, private relaxing pool area with great poolside bar service. Most of all, the hotel features an exceptional staff, including the valet team (Craig, Gordon, Keith, Daniel) - these guys go above and beyond to accommodate your stay and just be helpful and kind folks in general. I couldn’t recommend Hotel Zaza more and I will use them exclusively for my future trips to the Dallas area.
