We had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was due to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our engagement truly unforgettable. Clayton was our first point of contact and helped coordinate the room arrangements leading up to the engagement. From the very beginning, he was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything perfect. His communication and care set the tone for such a meaningful and special moment for us. Malik was also fantastic and helped us seamlessly move from one room to another during the experience. He was kind, professional, and made what could have been a stressful moment feel completely effortless. Beyond Clayton and Malik, every single staff member we interacted with was incredible. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and clearly committed to making our stay and our engagement as special as possible. It truly felt like the entire team was celebrating with us. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and kindness shown by the staff, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to get engaged. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares.

I had a WONDERFUL experience. This is the first expensive hotel experience where I feel like I didn’t waste my money. The service from EVERYONE was perfect. The spa experience was impressive (s/o to Derrick). And as a person who has a stellar massage therapist that I go to monthly for deep tiasue. This is the first time I’ve been to an expensive spa that was more than a swedish massage, expensive add-ons, and aesthetic. The room also had a a great layout and wasn’t outdated. I’ll be back!

My mother and I went on a girls trip. The room was gorgeous, nothing wrong surrounding the bed or bathrooms. The staff was amazing, gave us whatever we needed. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials. The noise in the hotel was just about silent during the nights, except for Loud cars passing (firetrucks, ambulance, sports cars etc.) Overall good experience definitely recommend staying here!

My time at the Joule has been memorable and festive. This was our first time here and we will definitely return. Rio at the front desk and JP, concierge, were lovely from the moment we arrived. Shanice in Sassetta made a hot tea for my sick daughter and really went out of her way to prove 5 ⭐️ service.

The joule has the best coffee in downtown dallas, is nice and clean, with great coffee selection (if you know, you know). Super chilled vibes, Wendy from weekend coffee is the best barista. She makes great coffee and has a fantastic costumer service, she knows you order and always has a great attitude. 10/10
