Luggage Cart

I pulled into the valet to check in and there were no luggage carts available. I went inside and checked into the hotel, and they couldn’t find any either. I was told by a colleague that there was one on the 4th floor. I went to look and there wasn’t any. A gentleman who works here was working on something and asked if I needed any help. His name is Frankie. I told him that I was just going to go floor to floor and look. I went to several floors and didn’t find one. I then went back downstairs and I see Frankie pushing a luggage cart and he brought it to me. Come to find out, he is in engineering, and this was not his job description. Frankie went above and beyond to help me! A job well done, sir!

The hotel is beautiful, and the service par excellence! A shout out for Edgar in the restaurant, who was top-notch in addition to Jennifer and Lucia at the front desk for the VERY warm welcome at our check-in!

Sarah at the bar is amazing and she is just a ray of sunshine! You’ll love her. Not only is she fun but she makes sure you enjoy your drink. Cannot recommend enough.
