Omni Does Dallas RIGHT
Excellent hotel. Great brunch 0n both days and Justin is by far a GREAT LOYALTY AMBASSADOR. He did not rest until our accommodations were PERFECT.

The Omni was amazing!
The Omni was a beautiful, luxurious hotel. I was there on business. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and so willing to help in every way. And the views from my 16th floor room were just beautiful! Great stay!

Be careful with this Omni location
This is a very nice hotel with some very good restaurants on and around the property but it's located in a part of town known for having a high crime rate. It seems to attract a very rowdy clientele. Stayed over a Friday and Saturday night and both nights had people arguing in the halls, loud music and drunk people yelling. I like to have a good time as much as anyone, but this was way over the top.

Great hotel and excellent staff! Extremely warm and welcoming experience and professional. If you want a great experience in Dallas, TX, I highly recommend staying here.

I was stranded on the train with my 10 year old daughter. We planned a day trip only to the museum. The delay forced us to miss the museum and have to stay overnight I only had Apple Pay and a fanny pack. The Omni took us in and treated us like family members. The best experience we ever had!
