Omni Dallas Hotel

Front desk was not forthright with charges or did not understand how to explain the charges and gave false information.

Excellent hotel. Service is fabulous. Everything is well maintained. Restaurants are fantastic as well. Enjoyed it very much.

Overall experience not good. Stayed here some time ago and decided to try it again since I couldn’t recall what took place before. Not a good idea. Iron was broken. Water pressure not good. Room not cleaned and you don’t get what you pay for.

Check-in at the Omni Dallas was quick and efficient, with a smooth arrival experience and helpful staff. From the start, it felt like a well-run, professional hotel. The room is modern, spacious, and very well laid out. The design is clean and contemporary, with comfortable seating, a proper work desk, and large windows offering great views of downtown Dallas and the convention center area. Natural light during the day makes the room feel open and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well with quiet room, good bedding, and a solid mattress, which made a noticeable difference after a long day. The bathroom is modern and well maintained, with good lighting, plenty of counter space, and a clean, functional layout. Everything worked as expected, and water pressure was solid. I used the gym facilities and found them well equipped, with enough machines and space to get in a proper workout rather than a rushed one. Room service was convenient and easy to order. The food quality was good, but portions were smaller than expected and definitely not Texas-sized, especially considering the pricing. That was the main area where expectations didn’t fully match reality. One of the highlights of the hotel is the lobby. It’s large, stylish, and welcoming, and the fireplace adds a warm, upscale atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax or meet before heading out. Overall, the Omni Dallas delivers a comfortable, polished stay with strong amenities, excellent sleep quality, and a great downtown location. A reliable and solid choice when staying in Dallas.

Amazing experience and once again Omni is setting the standard for excellence. Not only was the room and amenities pristine but the food was great, the staff was incredible, and the team went as far as to making sure that my business backpack was kept safe when accidentally left behind.
