Celebrated my husbands 50th Birthday in the Hospitality Suite and it was amazing! Suite was spacious and very nice! Our guests had a great time!

This was the worse experience I have ever had. Me and my girlfriend stay here so we can go to a concert for our anniversary. We leave the concert which is in deep Elum. Not drunk at all just having a good time and we get to the hotel and wanted a night cap drink to go up the room. This bartender takes it upon his self to serve us water and told us we needed to finish that first. Who do you think you are. I almost lost right there but I waited after being embarrassed I front the whole bar with girlfriend. I wanted to go off but I waited till the next morning. So I guess you can't be black in the omni and have a good time without some judgement here. I paid to be there just like everyone else. Who are you to deny me anything. O yeah please don't stay here if you want to have a good time. Just stay some where else. It's really not worth the money.

Room and hotel are nicely appointed. Ballrooms are located in close proximity to elevators from rooms (if you are concerned about walking distances). Food from hotel restaurants is delicious. especially the Brisket Meatballs from Texas Spice. Nice downtown location. Good spaces in lobby to sit, work.

I was blown away by the Omni Dallas. Every staff member I interacted with went the extra mile to ensure my stay was wonderful. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms were a good comfortable temperature… Not freezing like most conference centers. The conference facilities were also really comfortable… The chairs weren’t too high so you could actually put your feet flat on the floor, they had a nice boardroom for our private board meeting, and the AV staff was excellent. In room dining was really good food… I had a beautiful breakfast with fresh fruit that was really full of vitality, and then dinner several nights which was good and healthy food….REAL food. Most in-room dining makes you feel meh, but this food made me feel good and healthy. The hotel staff were just incredible… From the bartenders by the pool to the front desk staff and housekeeping, everyone I interacted with were so professional and wanted to ensure my stay was good. I had one of the absolute best massages of my entire life with LMT Alan at the Spa. He had special techniques that were absolutely next level. If I lived locally, he would 100% be my go-to massage therapist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I also enjoyed the live music in the lobby, and the pool & deck area is absolutely stunning…especially at sunset. The view of the Dallas skyline from my hotel room was completely magical… My room was positioned so that I could actually leave my blinds open and no one could see in… I fell asleep to the twinkling lights of the Dallas skyline and woke up to the gorgeous sunrise, bouncing off all those beautiful buildings, each day. I ordered food delivery from an outside restaurant one night, and had an issue with that third-party (they didn’t notify me that my food had been delivered, and they forgot my drink and some other issues too). It was the first night I was there and had been a very, very long travel day for me, so I really just wanted to eat and go to bed. By the time I realized the food was in the lobby, it had been more than an hour since they dropped it off. Even though this had nothing to do with the Omni Dallas, the gentleman at the front desk still wanted to help me & was so kind to get me something to drink with my meal. I wish I had tipped him, but it was late and I was so exhausted so I didn’t think of it until later… But I never saw him for the rest of my stay. It felt like he genuinely cared about me and the experience I was having… and it really made a big difference to me. I’m grateful to him and hope he knows that. I would absolutely recommend Omni Dallas to anyone! I was there for business, but had such a great experience I definitely want to return for pleasure in the future.

EXTREMELY hard to contact anyone from Accounting to discuss charges for Valet that was not used. Valet and self parking charges were not even mentioned at the time of booking. The food provided for SEVERAL of the InterNACHI events was cold. Loyalty was not even mentioned at check in/out, and I am a loyalty member. The rooms were not sound proof, thus the noise pollution even on 23rd floor was an issue. The staff that served the food and the lady who checked me in were all very nice and hospitable. The rooms were clean and spacious and the amenities were good. Having the pool bar NOT OPEN on a Friday night was astonishing, and pool security was very strict about guests leaving the area at 10pm. The pool should be open later on Fridays, especially when 2 major concurrent events are happening at the hotel/convention center.
