Omni Dallas Hotel

This was one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby was great the sfaff was great. Just awesome. I can't wait to come back also stay at the other Omni hotels.

I reserved a 1-week stay at the Omni Dallas and expected a luxurious experience. I was met with a very disengaged staff member who did not make we aware of amenities and experiences available to me. As a result, I was denied access to the pool on Friday night and Saturday morning, being told I needed a wrist band that should have been issued to me at check-in. During my last day, while checking out, I also learned I should’ve received a free drink credit to be used anywhere on the property. I purchased drinks from the Morsel’s coffee shop each morning, and would have greatly benefited from the knowledge of a credit due to me. The check-in staff truly dropped the ball and though the property is beautiful, I am hesitant to recommend it.

Great over-all experience. From check in to check out the entire stay was very good. The front end staff were happy and engaging and went out of their way to be of assistance even with things we were not asking about. The Hotel facilities were clean and smelled fresh. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet with bedding that helped get multiple nights of restful sleep. The restaurants on site were well priced, fresh and tasted great. The restaurant staff were very good and helped us have a solid eating experience over 5 nights which is not always the case. The over-all atmosphere was calm, fun, peaceful and the conference center and rooms were a great venue. The Hotel layout was very nice and easy to move through. Went for business trip but would definitely bring my family here.

Room amenities were excellent and coffee shops around and building were great and beautiful. Staff were great and provided awesome customer service, thank you!

My stay at the Omni Dallas Hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, and the rooms are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the food during my stay, which was absolutely delicious. What really set this hotel apart, though, was the wonderful staff everyone I interacted with was kind and accommodating. I would gladly stay here again.
