Omni Dallas Hotel

We have always loved Omni properties and have stayed at the Dallas location many times. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to an incident involving the valet service. We were told the valet driver swerved to avoid another vehicle, struck a curb, and caused an immediate blowout on my new car. We were on our way to a concert for my daughter’s birthday, so the driver took us to the venue. However, I was then left to figure out transportation back to the hotel with three 12-year-old girls. We were also unable to use the parking pass we had already purchased and had to pay for a ride back. We were promised follow-up communication from the valet service, but no one contacted us. The next morning, I had to track down the valet manager myself to confirm what had happened and find out how the situation would be handled. The valet company did ultimately pay to replace the tire, which I appreciated, but we still had to spend several hours of our birthday trip dealing with the repair. I understand that the valet service is operated by a third-party vendor, but the incident occurred while my vehicle was in their care on Omni’s property. I was disappointed that Omni did not take a more active role in communicating with us or helping resolve the situation. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a hotel we have enjoyed and trusted for many stays.

The Omni Dallas is a beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. We attended the Astonished magic show during our stay and we were, quite literally, astonished! We did a lot of fun things while we were visiting Dallas but the Astonished show was our absolute favorite! After the show we headed downstairs to Bob's Steak & Chophouse located in the Omni and enjoyed a fantastic meal. 10/10 would recommend the entire experience, especially Astonished!

Room, conference center, restaurants, and location was great! Everything was spacious in the conference rooms. Temperature was a little cold in some of the breakout session rooms but overall, everything comfortable and accommodating. Great hotel and conference center!

The Omni Hotel is great. From the location in downtown Dallas, to the atmosphere of the hotel, the rooms, the amenities. It was great. Went to Dallas for my 21st birthday to visit Brio and could not have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend using the spa service at the Omni, such friendly staff, accommodating, and great at what they do. Valet staff was also friendly and helpful. Made it easy to drop off and pick up our car everytime. Thank you Omni for the si great experience.

Great first experience!! Enjoy my birthday weekend!! Everyone was so great. Our room was so clean and smell great. The pool was wonderful. The security made me feel safe.
