Another Great Stay
As always, the Omni Hotel in Dallas is a fantastic stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and considerate. For a business stay, we felt well taken care of. The hotel food for lunch was great too, and the restuarants downstairs were wonderful.

Top hotel in Dallas, Awesome!
Wife and I had a wonderful experience! Check-in was smooth, room was great, and the staff was very friendly! The Owner's Box was great too. Fried pickles and grilled cheese, fantastic! And it's nice to have somewhere close that is open till 1am. We had a splendid time in Dallas and at the Echo Lounge!

Terrible
One of the rudest check in experiences of my life. One of the most understaffed bars (plural) that I can remember. This was my 5 time here and it’s been a steady decline. Maybe overworked and understaffed - that’s not the guests problem.

Downtown Dallas delight
Delightful downtown Dallas experience. Close walk to several of the downtown must sees. We walked home from the Thomas Rhett concert at the AA Arena. Fantastic service, clean comfortable rooms, and wonderful food nearby. Don't miss Cindy's across the street. Would absolutely stay here again!
