Omni Dallas Hotel

I recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Downtown and, unfortunately, had one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at an Omni property. I checked in late and paid an additional $100 for the late checkout option, which extended my checkout time to 6:00 PM. However, before the next day even began, I received a receipt stating that my checkout time was 11:00 AM, despite my prepaid receipt clearly showing a 6:00 PM checkout. To avoid any confusion, I called the front desk, and they confirmed that my checkout time was indeed 6:00 PM. Despite this confirmation, I continued receiving calls reminding me to vacate the room by 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, a member of the housekeeping staff entered my room while I was still inside to ask if I would be checking out, even though it was well before my confirmed checkout time. I have had the pleasure of staying at several Omni properties over the years, and this experience was by far the worst. I expect much better communication and coordination, especially after paying extra for a late checkout.

My largest concern was housekeeping. My bed sheet had what appeared to be a blood stain or something that was overlooked and robe had smeared makeup on it and my bath tub area had someone's hair. Upon checkout, a manager and front desk staff member asked me about my stay and I did inform the of the robe briefly, but i was rushing back to event. The fridge was turned off so couldn't keep anything cold. A bit disappointing as those two minor issues caused me to be concerned about the cleanliness in my room, especially my bed. The staff was so awesome from start to finish. Staff in the gift shop, the restaurants, the members of the maintenance team I saw throughout the floors, and at check in. Just really kind and welcoming people who provided me directions patiently. A maintenance staff member even walked me to the elevators when I was checked in and a bit turned around. Great location with excellent amenities!

This was my first time staying in an Omni location and it will not be my last. Everything was perfect for my stay, from my impeccably clean room, to the dining options, to the location, to the staff. I cannot speak better of my room's view and accommodations, the restful atmosphere and overall great value of this stay.

Our family has stayed at the Omni Dallas multiple times each year for the past several years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and consistently delivers an outstanding guest experience. One of the many conveniences we appreciate is the availability of Tesla charging stations, which makes traveling with an electric vehicle seamless. The valet team is also exceptional friendly, professional, and impressively quick. Whether arriving or departing, they consistently provide prompt service and make the experience effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality. During our recent visit, we dined at Texas Spice and were fortunate to be served by Anjanette. She remembered our family from previous stays and even recalled that we typically visit Dallas for our daughter’s gymnastics competitions. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Anjanette was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Her ability to build relationships and create memorable moments is a reflection of the culture of excellence throughout the Omni Dallas team. From the accommodations and amenities to the valet service and dining experience, the Omni Dallas consistently delivers first class hospitality. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning many more times in the future.

Staff. Your staff is quite impressive. Ahmed and Adriana were my VIP Stars of my stay? Their attention to detail, hospitality, and stewardship was exceptional and made my stay very comfy. I will visit y'all very soon again. Negative: Your rooms need a serious upgrade to modern standards. The like of USB connections are atrocious! Loved the TV in the bathroom but they need to be wifi due to limited options for watching news. I hope yall got upgrade plans given that FIFA is in town!
