Omni Dallas Hotel

I recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — right in downtown and very convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at the convention center or exploring the city. My room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful view of the city, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt at night. One of the highlights of my stay was visiting the spa. It was such a relaxing experience and the perfect way to unwind. The atmosphere felt calm and luxurious, and the staff were professional and attentive. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. The hotel also has a variety of dining options, which made everything very convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Dallas.

I got the Omni with live package and when my spouse and I got to the room there wasn’t anything. I had to call to ask for the surprise I had paid for beforehand. As an apology they were going to give me chocolate covered strawberries and other items which I never received. The food was not what you would expect at a 4 star hotel . We ordered in the room and were very disappointed. We also couldn’t use their amenities but no one told us. Just a very disappointing valentines date.

My bed was extremely firm and not comfortable. The trash in the room sits right at the a/c intake and the entry carpet was very worn, walking into the room

Had a fantastic stay at this location. The rooms were spacious and I had a great view of downtown Dallas. If you have any type of event coming up, I would highly recommend using this facility.

Hotel was excellent the food at the Owners box was not good. Sorry over cooked chicken on my nachos and cold fries on my texas fries. I feel like if your gonna have a restaurant in a nice hotel like the omni the food needs to be better quality.
