Staff. Your staff is quite impressive. Ahmed and Adriana were my VIP Stars of my stay? Their attention to detail, hospitality, and stewardship was exceptional and made my stay very comfy. I will visit y'all very soon again. Negative: Your rooms need a serious upgrade to modern standards. The like of USB connections are atrocious! Loved the TV in the bathroom but they need to be wifi due to limited options for watching news. I hope yall got upgrade plans given that FIFA is in town!

Definitely a Must to experience this beautiful hotel! Serene and majestic views from the comforts of your peaceful, well detailed, very clean space made it hard to leave. Quiet where you needed it to be, engaging and vibrant where you were seeking connections. Valet attendants were all so kind and helpful. Housekeeping Hard working and detailed. Although a business trip it felt like a sabbatical and can't wait to experience it all over again!

The hotel is new, very clean and well maintened. Great location. A spa, gym, a bunch of different restaurants, etc. The front desk not always knew what event the hotel offers at a specific day, and the houskeeping/cleaning is very slow. However, the food is very good (we tried Texas Spice, the Bob, and the sport bar, the first is the best). And a level of service and personal touch of some of the workers (for example, AnJanette and Delaney in Texas Spice) are above all the expectations.
