Omni Dallas Hotel

It was amazing experience and totally the ambience. The Maintenance staff were courteous and polite, they ensure my room was clean by the time i reached back in the evening. Thanks, Omni for being good host and truly enjoyed the stay. Keep up.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. We loved our breakfast at Texas Spice. We will be back and will try the other restaurants. and the pool and spa areas. I recommend requesting a higher floor far some great views of the city.

I traveled to Dallas on business and stayed at the Omni from March 30 to April 2. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. However, when I arrived and went to freshen up in my room, I noticed the sink was not draining properly. Later that day, a housekeeping supervisor knocked on the door to check if everything was okay. I informed her about the issue, and she acknowledged it—but unfortunately, nothing was done. Throughout my entire stay, the sink remained clogged. Despite bringing it to her attention, no one ever came to address the problem. Beautiful hotel, but the lack of follow-through on a basic maintenance issue left a negative impression.

Hotel is ideal for business but worth checking if there is a convention or something during your stay, queuing 15 minutes to check in is never a winner. Food and bar options are good although alcohol free options are limited. Food and catering for the business event I attended were very good, especially for lunch although breakfast could have some healthier options. Internet worked well and the room was clean. Iron was slightly dated though, don’t expect a crisp white shirt as your end result!

The room was great. The challenge I had is when I needed to door dash some electric components for a work project. I have an image of the items being delivered and when I went to retrieve them they were gone. I have sent these off to the onsite Loss Prevention email and have followed up a couple of times with no response.
