Reviews for Omni Dallas Hotel

Nice for the 1st stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 10 hours ago

One of the phones and lights were not working in the bedroom. Also, I did not get any wine with my romance package. I called down and tod several front desk reps, but did not receive any change during my stay. Also never received my wine. I also went to the pool and the commotion was too much. The children were jumping in the pool, throwing toys (which almost hit me a few times) and there was no one to give order in the pool area. I didnt expect that at the Omni. On another note, the room was beautiful and the service was friendly.

Awesome Anniversary Stay

Omni Dallas Downtown was a very nice stay for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable with LOTS of nice amenities. The pool area overlookng the city was peaceful!

Rooftop pool was great. Otherwise this place was a bust.

The location is good. And the pool is great. Not sure about anything else. Our room was never serviced during the day. We'd come home - after being gone from 8am-5pm - and had to always call to have the room serviced which really sucked because by then all we wanted to do was shower and relax, but we couldn't, because we then had to vacate the room for another hour for them to clean. The restaurants advertised at ground level were ALL closed during the day (except the chicken sandwich place) and most were closed at night too. That was quite disappointing. By now, internet should be free in all hotels - I no longer check this because all good hotels stopped charging for internet about 5 years go - but not Omni! Add that as an extra $15 a day you weren't planning on. Finally, our bathroom had a distinctly bad odor that never went away. My husband and I both think they may have some plumbing problems going on. We don't know what it was, but it was definitely unpleasant. Basically, aside from the awesome rooftop pool, this place was a definite bust. I would not recommend.

Great stay at the Omni

Great stay at the Omni. The staff is wonderful here, especially Ozzie at the bar at Texas Spice, possibly the fastest most friendly bartender you will ever meet. Room was top notch, worth the money.

Great experience and room!

Me and my husband booked one of the suites and it had an amazing view. The room was clean had plenty of towels and everything was working so great! We loved the room for the price. The in room dining was also amazing and fast! Everyone was really nice to us.
