Omni Dallas Hotel

Very beautiful scenery, absolutely breathtaking. The staffs were very warm and sweet. I felt safe and comfortable. They gave us such an experience by bumping our room to the executive suite. I will be booking with Omni again!

We stayed during the winter storm and they had availability, made sure plenty of staff were there to take care of guests. All of the employees were polite, friendly, and memorable since we stayed for almost a week. Richard was able to find us an upgraded room and offered us food and beverage credit to stay at the hotel after finding out we were intending to check out to go to a different hotel nearby, but convinced us to stay. We had a great experience and would love to return. Beautiful views, walking distance to downtown and even American Airlines Center.

My fiance and I were hosting our wedding in Dallas and after looking at several hotels in the area we chose the Omni for our wedding hotel room block. We found them to be very easy to work with and had a competitive rate compared to other hotels downtown. However, their on-site amenities blew us away. There were multiple restaurants and bars onsite for our folks to go too. Both sides of our family and friends were largely traveling to Dallas for our wedding and we wanted to give them the true Texan experience - the Omni did not disappoint. We started our experience working with Perry, who was friendly, professional and prompt in responding to all of our needs. As we got closer to our wedding date, we worked closely with Edith and she was phenomenal in accommodating our wedding weekend details. Edith met me personally to handle our guest welcome bag drop-off, texted me to ensure all was running smoothly throughout the weekend, and help secure a brunch reservation with Devon at Texas Spice for the Groom’s party which was delicious! We stayed in a beautiful corner suite, and they placed our immediate family members on the same floor as us which was a pleasant and helpful detail throughout the weekend. Thank you to the Omni, to Edith, to Kerry (at the front desk!) and to all those behind the scenes that contributed to our amazing weekend!

The views of the city were really nice also a good variety of restaurants and a good location. The cleanliness of the room was bad. The bed was made poorly, there were rose petals left on the bathroom floor, hair left in the bathtub and trash left on the floor.

The premier destination in Dallas. As a Select Guest Member, I get treated like royalty. Room was amazing, food was great, restful night sleep. Everything about the experience was top notch. The only problem was I did not stay longer. Could have stayed years.
