We recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Hotel this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special. They knew we were celebrating and surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our room, such a thoughtful touch that truly made our stay memorable. The hotel offers a great variety of dining options, and everything we tried was delicious. Breakfast at Texas Spice was a highlight, the buffet had an excellent assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, meats, and more. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion and will definitely be back!

Great stay at Omni this week. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Incredible view from the room and all the restaurants were amazing! Food and drinks were delicious! Many things to do within walking distance. Rooftop pool was a nice place to relax for a while. Gym was a popular spot but there was enough room and equipment for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Piper is a gem. Richard is the reason guests don't come back. Tre our bellhop was great from the moment we arrived. However, when we were placed in a fifth-floor room facing a construction wall, I called to ask about an upgrade and was connected with a manager named Richard. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and commented in a condescending tone that if we had booked directly with the hotel he could have helped us more. The reality is, no guest should be treated differently based on how they booked — a $2,200 stay is still a $2,200 stay regardless of the platform. We felt like second-class guests and gave up trying. Then Piper at the front desk stepped in and saved everything. Without us asking, she called our room, checked on us, and had already found us a room three floors up with an amazing view. She is the sole reason our weekend ended on a high note. Plus all the other extraordinary service from the other staff made up for the initial bad experience as well.

Hotel is older but well kept and service is where it lacks. The first experience was at checkin where the associate did not answer a simple question - "Is the magic show tonight child friendly?" I waited in the lobby a while assuming she would get the info, she helped another customer checkin but when I came up she still did not have the answer and did not make an effort to call my room and follow up despite my interest in getting the information. Not sure why they can't get basic information. The other bad service was that i left an item in the room, called the same day of checkout and they promised me a call back within ~48 hours, it is now almost a week later and no call. They cannot claim they have a good standard of service. I will not stay there again with so many options in the area.

For the price point, I expected certain room amenities. I did like the convenience of on-site dining but its pricy. The hotel bar staff was very friendly and the drinks were good.
