Outstanding customer service - although we had a problem with our room (defective toilet!) the staff were responsive and moved us immediately. There is a good choice of restaurants and it is in easy walking distance of all major tourist sites. For a big hotel they provide a very personal service. Very comfy beds and pillows and nicely furnished bedrooms.

Very helpful staff, I was there for a conference and never had to move a muscle to get my things at the exhibit center. Thank you to your staff.

We had a great experience, from the check in process to check out. There was music in the lobby and even free margaritas. The hot tub/pool were enjoyable. Overall a great experience

We visited the weekend of May 2 for a conference. We brought the family as we were also celebrating several family birthdays. We notified the manager that this was a special trip for us, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was amazing, from beginning to end. We were checked in quickly by the front desk staff who were friendly and efficient. They gave us the most magnificent upgraded room with a separate parlor and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Dallas skyline. We walked into a beautiful room with beautifully decorated cake waiting for us to enjoy! There were water bottles provided in the room. The artwork and decorations in the room were modern and very tastefully done. On our second day, we ate at the onsite steakhouse. It did not disappoint! We opted for the 32oz wagyu steak that we split amongst us (2 adults and 2 small kids). This was probably the best steak we have ever tasted, and my spouse is a steak connoisseur. The kids devoured the calamari appetizers which were cooked perfectly. Impeccable service! I appreciated that the conference rooms were attached to the same building, so it was easy to go back and forth from the conference to our room, especially with little kids. The food and beverages provided at the conference were also tasty. On our last day, the kids went swimming at the pool, and enjoyed that. We had a fabulous time during our stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Only a few things worthy of mention - there was no microwave or working ice machine on our floor, so we used the ones on other floors. Hot tub near the pool was extremely hot! Regardless, we still had a magnificent trip and would return in a heartbeat!

I had an absolutely terrible experience during a business trip with high school students for a Robotics tournament. The Omni hotel in Dallas changed all of my rooms to singles and informed me that a rollaway bed would be provided, citing my booking through a third party that I was directed to use by the hosting event partner VEX. However, my original booking clearly specified that all rooms should have two beds, which was necessary given the number of students and staff attending the World Robotics event. This last-minute change was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially since we were recommended to stay at the Omni. The hotel simply shrugged off its responsibility and blamed the third-party booking. Furthermore, we have been trying to sort out our bill with the hotel since we checked out yesterday. Despite numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, the issue still hasn't been resolved. We were assured that it would be fixed, but we were rushed through check-out. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such incompetence and lack of accountability.
