Omni Dallas Hotel

The Omni Dallas Hotel proved to be an excellent venue for the Recye SKO, delivering strong performance across logistics, service, and overall experience. The meeting rooms assigned to the event were spacious, well laid out, and flexible enough to support general sessions, breakouts, and group activities. The hotel’s location is a major advantage, centrally located, easy to access from the airport, and close to restaurants and key areas of the city. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well suited for long workdays. Soundproofing was effective, allowing attendees to rest properly between intensive SKO sessions.

The rooms need to be updated, and the cost does not match the price. The amenities are very small barely for one person. The amenities and room seem lower budget compared to other hotels. The room wasn't clean properly; there was long hair everywhere. The Owners Box food was good, but the rooms need better upkeep. Holiday Inn Express beds and amenities are better than this property.

Terrible hotel ruined my entire vacation. From the get go they ruined my booking claiming I booked the wrong day when I showed them my confirmation they blamed the travel agency.... Turns out they were looking at the wrong person. They gave me the wrong room and in that room the bed sheets had blood stains after requesting a cleaning the sheets were not even changed. The refrigerator was broken and the power outlets had no power. The room was very dark no doubt to hide how disgusting it was. Honestly one of the worst experiences you are better off staying at a motel 6.

Didn't get refunded when they canceled my reservation i paid twice everything else was perfect nice view and great parking

Very well located and the view of tge city was amazing. The pool location was great for all day sun and the sports bar has great service.
