This is a wonderful high quality resort. The entire property and the room were spotless, smelled very clean and were well appointed. The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel's luxurious lobby contains 3 incredible restaurants, a coffee shop and an awesome lobby bar. In addition, within the resort's property there are also 4 additional high quality restaurants as well. During my 4 day stay I did not even find the need to leave the resort.

Omni Dallas Hotel: wow, just wow. It was the absolute highlight and a truly fantastic end to our trip. From top to bottom, the experience felt thoroughly five-star. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, beautifully maintained, and offering incredible views—but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. The staff simply couldn’t do enough for us; every interaction was warm, attentive, and handled with genuine care and professionalism. A flawless stay in every respect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to wrap up our travels. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice enough for a conference and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. My problems with this location are twofold: the first being that my room smelled strongly of stagnant water (at least that’s what I’m hoping that smell was) and the second being that despite a large industry conference being held on site over several days, there were no feminine hygiene products available anywhere in the hotel. There weren’t any in the restrooms or in the hotel shop. They pointed us to a CVS that is 15 minutes’ walk in the scorching hot weather. This is such a glaring oversight that it almost has to be a choice on the part of the hotel.

We have always loved Omni properties and have stayed at the Dallas location many times. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to an incident involving the valet service. We were told the valet driver swerved to avoid another vehicle, struck a curb, and caused an immediate blowout on my new car. We were on our way to a concert for my daughter’s birthday, so the driver took us to the venue. However, I was then left to figure out transportation back to the hotel with three 12-year-old girls. We were also unable to use the parking pass we had already purchased and had to pay for a ride back. We were promised follow-up communication from the valet service, but no one contacted us. The next morning, I had to track down the valet manager myself to confirm what had happened and find out how the situation would be handled. The valet company did ultimately pay to replace the tire, which I appreciated, but we still had to spend several hours of our birthday trip dealing with the repair. I understand that the valet service is operated by a third-party vendor, but the incident occurred while my vehicle was in their care on Omni’s property. I was disappointed that Omni did not take a more active role in communicating with us or helping resolve the situation. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a hotel we have enjoyed and trusted for many stays.
