Girls trip
The hotel is amazing-front desk was very helpful especially when the room next door was loud. Immediately handled it. We ate at the Little Daisy. Carlos was an excellent server and if recommends the Shakshuka? Order it - it was amazing!

No sleep due to street racing
I stayed 2 nights at this property and got about 20 minutes of sleep between both nights. The street racing is ridiculous and goes on ALL night long. I was on the 20th floor and it sounded like the people on the sidewalk and the cars were right outside my window. The toilet handle was broken and hanging there, there were previous guests fingernail clippings on the countertop in the bathroom. There is no door on the shower so you are freezing during your entire shower experience and the floor gets wet.

Another wasted stay in a mediocre hotel chain that refuses to give you credit for your nights stayed. Rooms and services were adequate. Nothing to complain about except poor customer service.

Wonderful!!!
It was amazing! The property is so beautiful! The staff is kind, friendly, accommodating and helpful! We are globalists and as an extra perk for my mom’s 80th bday they upgraded us to the penthouse suite. And this was an award stay! Amazing!!!! We are and monarch. We had the chefs tasting menu and wine pairing. It was Devine!!
