The DJ and the Staff was superb
The staff was very kind and the DJ at the cat bird lounge was on point with his genre of music selection. The room was veery cozy and well maintained.

Brand New,Great Food, and views!
Fantastic Experience! The check in was pchemnomal during a busy week and new team! I was upgraded and everything was nice and new. location was great! The restaurant was delicious with gorgeous views + the sushi cocktail bar was so swanky! My steak was cooked perfectly as well! Every interaction is what it should be at a nice hotel! Hospitality is not lost at the Thompson!

Bad parking, A/C, and service. Also racing and shootings outside.
Parking is a nightmare unless you want to pay $80+ a day. A/C was so sporadic, you’re either sweating or shivering, staff are incompetent, surrounding area is ghetto. Rooms were clean and decor was tasteful, and the internet worked well.

The room was like a page from Architectural Digest. A clean, safe, expensive sanctuary. The staff and service was very good.

Loud at Night
This is really a beautiful hotel. However! The street noise at night is unbelievable! We were on the 16th floor and it felt like the cars drag racing down the street at 3 in the morning were right next to us. My husband and I have spent a lot of time in Miami and New York but the street noise in Dallas was the worst ever 😂 besides not sleeping, it was a pleasant stay
