Excellent service and stay
I travel a lot for work and I can honestly say that the hospitality here is to another level. After a long day of work and meetings, I came downstairs to unwind and the service I received from Troy was on another level. He’s very passionate about the brand and is very helpful for people/guest who are not from Dallas. My stay here is 20 days long and I’ll definitely be back to the commons club bar. 10 out 10!

Perfect Night with the Perfect Host
We hosted our 2026 Customer Appreciation event for Red Dirt Hat Co., and it turned out amazing. From the event space to the menu to the layout of the party, Nicota and his crew did an outstanding job helping us setup and plan the event. Joe, our hostess for the evening, was the absolute best. He and his staff helped us set up, waited on us hand and foot and kept our guests served perfectly. We can’t say enough great things about Virgin Dallas!

Dallas retreat
Amazing. Loved the hotel, staff and overall hospitality, ambience and atmosphere was top tier. I will definitely be back and will share my experience with family, friends and colleagues. I’m looking forward to seeing what other great services Virgin offers.
