Virgin Hotels Dallas

Very disappointed with our Weekend stay. This entire hotel needs a refresh. From the moment you walk in the lobby, there are stains all over the carpet. The staff was friendly at check-in and promptly checked us in. The room is also in much need of a refresh, Stains on the couch and on headboard. Duvet had a blood stain on it and there’s no proper duvet cover just two sheets which come apart when moved around. We went in the only restaurant on site to have a drink at the bar, bartenders were very friendly, We soon discovered they had no air-conditioning and they had brought in fans. We were advised that the air conditioning does not work properly and this is an ongoing issue. When you walk in, it has a not so nice smell probably due to no airflow. Due to this, we canceled our dinner reservation. Our stay included breakfast which we were going to eat in the restaurant, after learning that there was no air-conditioning we decided to order room service, however after discovering The room service fees add up to 42% of service charges. We decided to go down and have breakfast in the restaurant thinking maybe it-wouldn’t be so bad because it was early in the morning however it was very uncomfortable eating with a fan constantly blowing on us. We love all of the other Virgin Hotels We have stayed at, this one was very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending.

We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas and would absolutely stay there again. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional—helpful, friendly, and truly went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The valet team especially deserves recognition for being so attentive and accommodating. We loved the Funny Library space, and the coffee drinks were fantastic. We also really enjoyed spending time at the hotel bar, which added to the overall fun and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient for everything we wanted to do while in town, making it easy to enjoy Dallas without a lot of extra travel time. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.

I have been staying at The Virgin Dallas for nearly 4 years, several times a month. I look forward to seeing all the familiar faces upon arrival, the easy check in and knowing I don't have to leave the property to get a high quality meal. The front desk team is always so warm and accommodating with all guests, I can tell they love what they do. I feel secure knowing the elevator requires a door key for access and the double door locks in the room keep me feeling safe and protected. The beds are THE most comfortable. I never leave the hotel for a meal. There is a good variety of high quality meals on the menu and the service is outstanding. Troy (I call the GOAT), Marvin and Lauren are so hospitable to each and every guest, I don't want to go anywhere else. If you travel to Dallas for business or fun, you should stay at this intimate boutique-style hotel. Reminds me of being in Europe!

They are the absolute kindest bartenders and the drinks are fantastic. Will be back for sur! A++++++
