Troy is awesome!
Came to the bar to order breakfast, Troy the bar tender was very helpful and told me about the KNOW (the only one to tell me ;) His helpfulness was great, and his compassion about the lack of microwaves for crew (I’m delta) was nice to hear. Only feedback - pls get us a microwave! We spend a lot of time & money meal prepping and it was so disappointing to arrive last night without a way to heat up my food. Also I’m vegetarian and eat super clean. Thank you!

Had a great stay at the Virgin — first time here and it didn’t disappoint. The view was awesome and the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Troy at the bar — super friendly, fun to talk to, and really on point. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

Had an amazing stay! First time staying at the virgin. Beautiful view and great service. Especially enjoyed our time with the bartender Troy. He was fun and very attentive. Definitely will recommend to friends/family

Great Friendly Hotel
Troy and Lauren who worked the the Hotel Bar…..Wow made the whole trip. So nice and friendly. I didn’t want to leave them, they were so nice.
