In this boutique hotel every guest room has the ability to be separated into two separate areas for living and sleeping, and mini-bars are stocked with street-level priced items and Wi-Fi is always free. The hotel is designed in a way that from the ground floor to the rooftop you’ll always find drink, food and entertainment without ever leaving the hotel. And once you get in the Pool Club at the fourth floor rooftop bar in Dallas with cabanas, loungers, and anything that you can imagine, you will never want to leave.

Excellent
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional level of personal service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we could have wished for. What really stood out, however, was the attention to detail and the personal touches that made the experience feel truly special. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such high-quality facilities with such sincere and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a genuinely memorable experience. We look forward to returning.

Nice Property but Terrible Service
The property itself is very nice. Service was lackluster at best. During this one trip, we were locked out of our room, did not receive daily service, and asked for towels 3 times over 3 hours before receiving them. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and slow. With that said, the food was really good. Nice aesthetic, but I will go somewhere else due to the terrible service.

Pros: comfortable mattress, foyer/washroom combo to give the bathroom more space, movement-activated lights in the bathroom spaces, breakfast options were all excellently cooked Quibbles: bed has strange raised footboard, couch design was too stylized to be much use, wish for a more vegetable-heavy breakfast omelet.

My Favorite Hotel
Everything about this place is perfect for me. The location, staff, the ambiance, room and the bed is a dream to sleep on! The patio to sit on the surrounds the amazing restaurant is so lovely. I just feel relaxed here. I really enjoy this place when I am in town.

Southern Hospitality at its finest
I cannot speak highly enough of the Virgin Dallas property! The team is incredibly welcoming, caring, and genuinely makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and the attention to detail really stands out. And can we talk about the app?! If you’re already comfy in bed and decide you need to lower the temperature to get that perfect sleep temperature, you can do it right from your phone without moving an inch! Now THAT is luxury! Such a thoughtful touch and such a great stay. The Virgin Dallas team truly knows how to create an experience! ❤️
