Warm Hospitality That Makes All the Difference
A wonderful stay! I arrived around 10 a.m., and my room was already ready—with no early check-in fee. The room was lovely, but what truly stood out was Arnolfo at the front desk. His warmth, attentiveness, and amazing hospitality made me feel so welcome. I’ve stayed at many beautiful hotels, but service like his makes all the difference!

For most part it was good
I was invited to the Sunday, witch please bruch for the most part. It was a great experience. The food was so was good. The decorations were nice. Everything was nice about it. The only thing I didn’t really like about it. It was the service the service sucked. I was waiting for the waitress to get a glass a water not to mention I asked a lady politely if she would mind taking my empty plates by the looked of thing she did mind of acted she didn’t understand I later found out her name was Karla other then that the experience was great would mind coming back Ps hopefully next time I come back I don’t have to deal the same lady she really need to learn how to greed or take care of the customer

Fantastic Stay
Staff was incredibly friendly! From valet to lobby attendants and servers, everybody was wonderful! Special mention to Marcella at the restaurant, she went above and beyond everyday, remembered our order, and took amazing care of us! She truly was extraordinary!

Great place to Stay
The Location was good, and the shuttle service was great for getting around to local sites. The hotel is clean and very trendy. Its a little more expensive than some others but overall was great experience.

Short business trip
Very brief stay for business. Very modern and clean. Wish you had regular coffee availalbe in room instead of just espresso. I wasnt able to connect to the tv from my device and that was not user friendly but everything else was good.
