Excellent stay! The warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was thoughtfully designed and felt more like my own private bedroom than a typical hotel room. I loved the separate vanity area with the huge mirror, the spacious shower, and the dedicated space for my personal belongings. The king-size bed was incredibly cozy, and the couch and table were perfect for getting a little laptop work done. The in-room beverage selection offered plenty of variety, which was a nice touch. The shuttle service was also a standout. It was incredibly convenient, and the drivers were gracious, making sure the vehicle was always at a comfortable temperature before each ride. A stylish, comfortable hotel with outstanding service—I would definitely stay here again!

As an event planner who has worked with a lot of different hotel properties over the years, I can confidently say that Virgin Hotels Dallas stands out from the crowd. Let's start with the basics: the location is excellent. Walkable restaurants gave our 100+ attendees easy options for meals and downtime, which is a small thing that makes a big difference for out-of-town guests. The rooms and amenities are lovely, but what really sets this property apart is the atmosphere. The stylish, thoughtfully designed spaces meant the feeling of a high-quality, luxury event came built into the venue itself — a big cost savings when you consider what it would take to recreate that environment through décor and production. But the real differentiator is the staff. The attentiveness of a hotel's conference team makes or breaks an event, and Virgin Hotels' team delivered at every turn. They were accommodating to every attendee need, rolled with last-minute changes without missing a beat, and did it all with a warmth that felt genuinely motivated — not just professionally obligated. Nic, our conference manager, was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process — responsive, organized, and easy to problem-solve with. On-site, Joe and Griselda were simply outstanding. Easy to reach when I needed something, ready to assist before I even had to ask, and consistently positive in a way that set the tone for our entire event. We stayed at the Dallas location, atmosphere was great, value was good very clean noise level was great, service was great. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, it was VERY overcrowded with day passers, no designated area for guest staying at the hotel. We were not aware that if you lived locally, you could by a day pass just to hang out at the pool and didn't have to be a guest staying at the hotel. That was a bit of a disappointment, as we were hoping to enjoy the pool for a bit before dinner
