This entire staff was not only courteous but helpful! Sam, our daily breakfast Server was a gem! Reception, restaurant greet staff, doorman, and the cleaning staff all contributed to ensuring guests were served in excellence.

Recently stayed at this property for 5 nights. Rooms, amenities, location all great. But the employees across the board were outstanding. Everyone pleasant helpful and professional. Saturday morning as we waited to be seated, the hostess Torrie Taylor politely explained they were short two people so it may be a wait. We watched as the servers who were working were literally scurrying to provide service to their customers. Our server David Previati was exceptional both with his device and his attitude. Clearly the people that were working were working together and as a team, and super pleasant about it! So nice to see!!

We just concluded a 3-day event at Virgin Hotels Dallas and felt compelled to share our experience. From the valets who greet you on arrival to housekeeping who respond to every need, the staff was exceptional throughout. Joe and Griselda were so attentive and intuitive that we’re already hoping to have them with us at future events. They truly went above and beyond. The food was exceptional; our attendees shared that we had undersold what they would be given. It helped create that premium experience we sought. Now, the venue itself. For a community of professional stylists and image consultants, it couldn’t have been more perfect. This isn’t your traditional business conference venue; it’s ideal for more intimate gatherings. We’d recommend 150 or fewer. Design is present in every detail, making every part of the hotel a perfect photo backdrop. And the rooms have a great space to get ready for each day. If you’re planning a leisure stay or an event that needs to leave a real impression, Virgin Hotels Dallas belongs at the top of your list.

The restaurant has amazing!! I didn’t have the best experience at the pool but the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They sympathized with me and showed my friend and I compassion and helped us feel so much better about our trip.

Nice hotel. Valet and front desk is great. Food is mid. Wonderfully designed room although the lighting situation is confusing. Great fitness center. Nice pool but unable to enjoy as there were too many outside guests utilizing it and occupied all the lounge chairs.
