Best in Dallas
We are long term clients of Virgin Dallas. There is nothing greater than the service and level of hospitality provided by the Virgin. The view from the room is phenomenal - regardless of if you’re in a chamber suite or Richard’s penthouse. The Commons is amazing- come see Troy the best bartender in all of Dallas. The food and drinks are simply the best. The courtesy ride is also great - would take us anywhere within 3 miles. A quick ride to lunch & dinner without waiting on an uber was the cherry on top of a great weekend! We love the Virgin and can’t recommend it enough.

Great Hotel, exceptional service
We had plans to stay in Austin TX but the unfortunately as soon as we arrived in downtown we felt that we had entered the scene of a horror movie, it looked like The Night of the Living Dead- there were drugged addicts and homeless people walking all over the streets it is shame what the local government has done with this formerly great city, I told my boyfriend I’m not getting out of this car and to please take me straight to Dallas and called immediately Virgin Hotel Dallas to extend our stay, Rose at the front desk was incredibly helpful ad made that, it was such a pleasure to see the genuine enthusiasm that Rose exhibited, She is customer service champion. My advice to all of you is if you want a beautiful hotel with great customer service the Virgin Hotel Dallas should be your first choice.

Best Hotel in Dallas
This hotel is so chic the vibe is on point and the service is A 1 especially that bartender Troy he is amazing. Customer service is out of this world and Jade was great too. All in all 10 out of 10.
