Subpar Experience
We decided to do a staycation at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas. I've stayed there before for a girls weekend, which was a great experience. This time around, it was subpar. From the mediocre welcome at the front desk, to the dusty room, and the glitchy TV, I'm not sure it was worth the money. We didn't even get our preferred snacks upon arrival (WTH: why even ask me about it in my profile?!?!) After reporting the glitchy TV situation to the front desk, they sent an engineer to fix the problem. He was very kind and he did his best to fix it, but it still wasn't working after multiple attempts. Upon checkout, we shared our experience and the front desk representative apologized and sent us on our merry way. The best part about our stay was the amazing city view and the rainfall shower. I'm big on reviews before I purchase anything, so I felt it was necessary to leave a honest review.

Hotel was great. Chic and fun and close proximity to good spots. Troy the bartender was especially awesome. Grab a drink at the bar!!

Fantastic
Rooms were beyond comfortable and clean. Bed was phenomenal to sleep on. Food was also so delicious!! Staff was great! Already booked my stay in New Orleans Virgin hotel because of this stay!
