Fun & Central location to hotspots
Love how you can walk to Delilah carbone Charles & the American Airlines center for a Mavs game. The rooftop pool is so fun with the best view. The rooms are so quiet & modern huge showers & perfect vanity with professional lighting. All the staff are so helpful & friendly I really felt at home.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
Amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas. The property is beautiful, but what stood out most was the service. The manager Michael Renner went above and beyond to resolve all my concerns and made sure I left completely satisfied. The front desk staff, valet, restaurant team, and housekeeping were all professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. You can tell the entire team takes pride in delivering a true 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
