And once you get in the Pool Club at the fourth floor rooftop bar in Dallas with cabanas, loungers, and anything that you can imagine, you will never want to leave.

Birthday Trip!
Virgin Hotels has been nothing short of amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by the valet and the exceptional customer service began! Evan helped us with our bags and made sure my wife didn’t lift a finger. Later that evening as we prepared to depart for our dinner reservation, we ran into Evan again. This time, he offered to drive us to dinner in the Virgin Hotels black SUV! Evan navigated through the rush hour traffic like a pro and kept the conversation fun and enthusiastic. Overall, we highly recommend staying here! Ask for Evan when you arrive, he will be the expert you’ll need to help make your trip a great experience!

The Virgin Hotel Dallas is a very nice property - big rooms, super clean. The lobby has a great coffee bar. I was so happy to have met Marcella - who waited on me twice - she was so kind and the best server.

Lovely Hotel
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at one of the balcony suites. From Jason at the valet station to America at the front desk to Chris at the Commons restaurant to Amanda at the pool cabana, the staff were so warm and welcoming. AND THE ROOM WAS LOVELY! Super comfy bed. We would have loved to buy like a souvenir Virgin Hotel hat or shirt as a memory of our stay but there is no gift shop.

Not the same…..
Recently learned hotel is cashless and no photos allowed in the library (major change). Poor customer service experience at the bar and library. Bar lighting was off due to heated conditions in the commons club. Seems like the hotel Is going down under new management with layoffs of familiar faces sadly….i hope the hotel doesnt lose its charm
