This was our first time, and we'd certainly stay again. The chambers were so thoughtfully decorated and laid out. The room service and pool club service was exceptional as was the quality of the food. The decor is trendy and cool. Rooms were quiet. We had an incredibly relaxing experience. It was a GREAT Value. Walking distance to several cool restaurants as well.

I had breakfast and coffee at Commons Indoor Dining. Deondre helped me out and he was wonderful. He was attentive, welcoming, and personable. As a local Dallas resident, I would come back just for him. Thank you for the great experience!

The hotel is nicely designed with colorful accents and thoughtful amenities. Some "instagram worthy" corners, but still overall built for the comfort of guests. There's a great small pool, a social magnet in the summer. A spacious pool patio bar adjoins. The gym looks down on it, a good space not often busy, well equipped. High ceilings! Hotel restaurant is sub par as is room service. But the Hotel bar has a lovely outdoor space you can hang out in with friends. Nearby some great places to eat. For fine food, I liked the Meddlesome Moth, for coffee, Ascension, and for a casual burger bar, Rodeo Goat - all are a short walk from the front door. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the design district. It turned out to be a great location between downtown and West Dallas where all our work was. A small path along a creek on one side is home to some white herons who fly by the upper floor windows to add some life to the landscape. Staff were always helpful and nice. A cool and friendly vibe made me very glad to be staying there. I was there on business but it made my trip feel a lot more like a vacation. I've stayed in many hotels and this one was unusually hip and pleasant. Great bed, good shower, restful and quiet on my upper floor. Not too big a hotel, not too small. Solid.

Trey helped us with our bags to check in and to our room, very respectful and good conversation. Moises helped get our bags from our room to the car. 10/10 service! The room was very comfortable and clean.
