Virgin Hotel for the Birthday Celly WIN!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a birthday celebration. We had an awesome time. The room was clean and well stocked. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in was smooth with Arnulfo and Jada. We were able to enjoy the hotel bar. Jessie was awesome! We especially liked the car available to go out to dinner and brunch. Our driver Gavin was knowledgeable and a safe driver. We enjoyed the pool on Saturday, which was great since it was so hot. All the staff was great. We hope to come back soon!

My husband and I commenced a week long celebration for our 20th year anniversary as a gift from one of our sisters! From the very beginning, we were in all of such a gem! Initially we had a slight misunderstanding concerning our reservation but decided to choose peace. While having brunch, Simone greeted us with such a smile and handled our needs with the upmost care and after that, the real fun, rest, and joy began. She is such an asset to this organization. I had the opportunity to speak with you Arnulfo on the phone when our flight was delayed as well as be taken care of by him upon our checkout. He caused us to leave with an even greater smile. We are DFW locals and definitely plan on coming back to staycation often. Thank you Virgin Hotels Dallas for taking care of us.

Will not recommend this hotel
One night cost me 634$ , because i had to checkout early due circumstances. They will slap you with 200$ fee if you do, be aware.
