The experience my family and I had at Virgin Hotels Dallas was one for the record books. From the door we were greeted with a charm and warmth that not only made us feel like family but like we’ve known the staff for years. Each and every person in the hotel made us feel special and they all deserve their flowers and more. The energy the decor of the hotel the Halloween party. The decorations for the birthday boy. The food drinks and the service were all top tier. Thank you for opening your doors with such care, service , respect, personality, compassion, The level of hospitality you have showed me and my family will sit in our hearts and minds forever. Thank you so much words can’t express how special our experience was. Keep changing the world one smile at a time. First time here currently December, the decorations , interior , the rooms are something everyone would love to see and experience, The Common Club is fantastic , the bartender Troy was so knowledgeable on drinks but also about the hotel, the food made by Jaeger was amazing thank you guys.

Beautiful rooms, amazing view of Downtown Dallas. Troy at the bar was a boom of knowledge and made excellent drinks!

Such a great team and the hotel. Troy is also the best bartender in town. Happy hour Monday - Friday is also a must! Who doesn’t want $9 espresso martini

I truly hoped to have a wonderful experience at this establishment, especially given its potential and the loyalty I’ve shown as a returning customer. Unfortunately, my recent stay left me feeling violated, harmed, and extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I discovered a used butt plug left in the bed area — something not only unsanitary but completely unacceptable and unsafe. Under the bed, there was grime, dust, dirt, and even rose petals scattered across the floor. Batteries were strewn throughout the room, and an AirPod was left behind as well. It was shockingly clear that the room had not been cleaned properly and did not meet even the most basic health standards. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I received no meaningful resolution. I was even promised a complimentary stay as compensation, yet no one followed through. The lack of accountability and genuine remorse from the establishment has been deeply disappointing. I would genuinely love to remain a loyal customer, but based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this business. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses these issues at the highest level, and ensures no other guest encounters a situation like this again. Even a simple, honest expression of remorse would have been a good start. This could be an amazing place, but my experience was far below what any guest should ever have to endure.
