Placed near city downtown into Dallas Design District, the Virgin Hotel Dallas is a typical Virgin's hotel, where you can be yourself, and where as they say: "the doors are never closed, minds are always open". As every Virgin hotel the border between business and pleasure is really thin. In this boutique hotel every guest room has the ability to be separated into two separate areas for living and sleeping, and mini-bars are stocked with street-level priced items and Wi-Fi is always free. The hotel is designed in a way that from the ground floor to the rooftop you’ll always find drink, food and entertainment without ever leaving the hotel. And once you get in the Pool Club at the fourth floor rooftop bar in Dallas with cabanas, loungers, and anything that you can imagine, you will never want to leave.

Poor management
Very poor management. The workers are great, but the management is very rude and doesn’t have much experience running a bar or restaurant and it shows. They also run the bar with no AC during the summer, I’m guessing to save money, but that is unacceptable.

Amazing stay
This was a truly great place to stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond — genuinely warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. It's rare to find service this consistently amazing. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, and overall the experience felt like fantastic value for money — you get a lot more than what you pay for here. I'd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality without the inflated price tag. Highly recommend!

Excellent
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional level of personal service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we could have wished for. What really stood out, however, was the attention to detail and the personal touches that made the experience feel truly special. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such high-quality facilities with such sincere and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a genuinely memorable experience. We look forward to returning.

Nice Property but Terrible Service
The property itself is very nice. Service was lackluster at best. During this one trip, we were locked out of our room, did not receive daily service, and asked for towels 3 times over 3 hours before receiving them. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and slow. With that said, the food was really good. Nice aesthetic, but I will go somewhere else due to the terrible service.
