The hotel is designed in a way that from the ground floor to the rooftop you’ll always find drink, food and entertainment without ever leaving the hotel. And once you get in the Pool Club at the fourth floor rooftop bar in Dallas with cabanas, loungers, and anything that you can imagine, you will never want to leave.

Service lacking
While the visuals are great. The overall client experience and service is beyond lacking. They aren’t as helpful or there to assist you even if they say it with a friendly face.

Would stay again, but....
Rooms are great, they thought of every detail. Super cool vibe in the rooms and common areas. Good location for many restaurants and bars and easy access for travel. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok. Bar is lacking in availability of ingredients for drink specials. Valet parking charge is excessive however, the valets are excellent. Close to I-35 so a bit noisy when you go to sleep.
