While traveling to Dallas for a work conference I was fortunate enough to have stayed in a suite at the Warwick. My coworkers all stayed at the Hilton Anatole which lucky enough for me had sold out. My coworkers and bosses were floored when they saw pictures of my room. If I weee ever passing through Dallas I would definitely be staying here again. For the price difference between a regular room and a suite, it’s well worth it. Highly recommend staying here.

BEWARE — Horrible customer service and serious concerns about integrity. I stayed at this hotel in Dallas and accidentally left behind a very expensive designer bag. The staff initially told me they found it and would ship it back to me. I paid for the shipping label immediately and expected a simple process. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. I have had to call more than a dozen times with almost no response. The representative, Ana, repeatedly failed to return calls or emails. After they supposedly “shipped” the package, I was told FedEx could not provide any information because the hotel created the shipment on my behalf — meaning I have zero visibility into the tracking or status. As of today, I still do not know where my bag is, and the hotel has been completely unresponsive. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that the item may have never been shipped and could have been mishandled or taken. For a branded hotel, this level of communication, accountability, and transparency is completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or customer service, avoid this property.

Service here is absolutely awful. I arrived at 10:50 pm for a reservation booked through a travel agent. After waiting for about ten minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk, I was informed by the Warwick agent that my reservation had been given away and the hotel was fully booked. The attendant's manner was flippant, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. I was handed a sheet of paper with ten alternative hotels and was told to call them. When I asked which hotel might have openings, the agent stated that they just give out the sheet of paper. (I assume this is a frequent occurrence.) The first three hotels I called had no availability. I didn't bother to call others from their list and instead went online. When I asked about the lack of notice, I was told that the hotel did not inform me ahead of time about their decision to give away my room because the reservation was made through a travel agency, and it was the agency's responsibility to notify me. At no point did I receive an apology or a recognition of the inconvenience caused.

I had a reservation at the hotel for a Tuesday night. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM after a long flight and was told by the front desk that they don’t have a room as they over sold. They told me it was my fault because they did not have my phone number (the reservation was made through my company’s travel agency). They offered no assistance other than handing me a list of other hotels. When I pushed back - they again reiterated it was my fault. Great customer service. Don’t honor my reservation and tell me it’s my fault.

We usually stay at the Renaissance near the Dallas Market center because we are retail clothing buyers. Everything was booked for this trip so we stayed at the Warwick. The rooms are outdated. The beds are small. The staff told us we could move to a king room the second night but then after our long day working at market they told us we were too late and all the rooms were booked again. Even though they told us we would have a king room available. Rude, unaccommodating staff. Totally disappointed in the small rooms. Loud neighbors slamming doors. Will never stay here again!!
