Nearly a century of Texas tradition radiates throughout the Warwick Melrose – Dallas hotel, a landmark of luxury in the upscale Uptown Oak Lawn neighbourhood and one of the most famous hotels in Dallas. Our historic boutique hotel near Turtle Creek continues to live a rich and fascinating life steeped in local culture and heritage. Built in 1924 and designed by American architect C.D. Hill in the classic Sullivanesque style, our boutique hotel is perfectly located for business and leisure activities including the State Fair of Texas, Highland Park Village, museums and a myriad of dining options within close proximity to Southern Methodist University. From the vintage opulence of The Library piano bar to memories created in the Grand Ballroom, the impeccable Warwick service calls to mind an era when travel truly meant something special.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We got a beautiful room to stay in, and had a nice view! The staff were so kind and very inviting. We had dinner reservations and a big night planned, I was so excited for it I didnt take too many pictures of the room. I do want to stay again, it was very quiet, private and just a good vibe. I loved the location also, walking distance to many great things.

I had a warm welcome from both the Valet and the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it’s always been a really good stay. This visit was the really poor. . The food was horrible. As one review stated, her hamburger was horrible. It’s difficult to ruin a hamburger. It was really mushy because they had already added the lettuce and tomatoes of the bun ruin them. My plate was so soggy that the bottom bun was not even eatable. And the fries tasted like they had been fried hours before.

While traveling to Dallas for a work conference I was fortunate enough to have stayed in a suite at the Warwick. My coworkers all stayed at the Hilton Anatole which lucky enough for me had sold out. My coworkers and bosses were floored when they saw pictures of my room. If I weee ever passing through Dallas I would definitely be staying here again. For the price difference between a regular room and a suite, it’s well worth it. Highly recommend staying here.
