The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel

Passed by for a day on my way to vegas. Never disappointed at the ritz. Staff will take care of you, room service is on point, rooms are clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The view is stunning! The rooms are lovely, ours had a beautiful view with a gas fireplace on our balcony. Service was outstanding all around, but a special thank you to Arry at the front desk, Rose and Lynn at the pool, Rose and Joshua at 180blu, Mary at Raya, Hue at the Raya bar, Larry and Sommer and Vishal at Kahani, all of housekeeping, the bellmen, and the wonderful ladies that work at the coffee shop! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Absolute joke the valet damaged my Range Rover and now mysteriously the cameras were not working that day. I will NEVER stay at this place. A bunch of liars that won’t own up to it!!! Might be done staying at Marriotts forever. Apparently they think this is about me paying for a 500 deductible.

There are two main reasons RC Laguna Nigel is my favorite property in the world: sweeping views of the pacific and the exemplary staff! We had a glitch with our room at first, but amazing Esmeralda went above and beyond to move us to a room with panoramic ocean views. Every single staff member is warm and polite. The service and care here are unmatched. I echo the sentiment that the staff is truly phenomenal. Members knew our names and greeted us from night one. Additionally, you will not find a better and more idyllic view of the pacific. There are excellent amenities and the huge property is beautifully maintained with updated rooms, pools etc. We flew across the country and planned our vacation around staying here because I have been dreaming of coming back. My happy place! We will return. Also shoutout to Ian at Atventure photography, who was extremely fun and personable and produced excellent photos of our family at the property. I will cherish them forever. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but this stay absolutely deserved one. We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had an unforgettable experience. Traveling with a newborn and our dog can be stressful, yet the accommodations and thoughtfulness here were second to none. I don't say this lightly! The property is stunning—panoramic views among the best you will ever find on Earth. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious as well. Ritz-Carlton service is always strong, but this team exceeded even our prior experiences. We were greeted by name, never rushed, and staff consistently went out of their way to help. Seth at the main bar was outstanding (started a few weeks ago; I hope i got his name right), Nick at valet made departing effortless, the bellman (a big hockey fan who adored our dog) was so hospitable, and another team member even surprised our dog with a little bacon treat and our baby with a bear -- she was wonderful! It was an incredible stay made special by people who genuinely care. I hope the staff is recognized for its hard work—they’re the reason these visits become fun, seamless, and truly memorable. 5 starts team. Bravo.
