Decent resort, very green. Language is a big issue. Stayed there in a big business group. Food was decent, property was like staying in a jungle , lots of trees and plants around. Check in check out was little haphazard due to language issues. But overall room quality was very good and housekeeping was nice.

Furama resort
First time in Vietnam, coming over from Ho Chi Minh , did not know what to expect! We were in for a great surprise, the resort is right on the water with an extensive beach, conveniently located close to a day and a night market! The room is spacious, the beds sheets embroidered as well as pillowcases, the bathroom has all the amenities, very roomy as well! There is an outside patio space open to the beautiful garden with a rich lush vegetation! The grounds are impeccable, there are pools for enjoying and rest areas throughout the resort! The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, from pho to dumplings, western, Chinese, Indian , Vietnamese cuisine as well coffee, tea and juice! On a few occasions they let out the peacocks, what a treat watching their spectacle while having breakfast! The staff is attentive and prompt! We asked for a ride from and to the airport, excellent service! If going to Vietnam again , Furama resort would be our first choice for staying!

An incredible holiday at a wonderful resort
This resort matched everything we were hoping for. From the time we were picked up from the airport until the time we left, everything was top class. The pool villas are fantastic, the layout and care of the resort is top-notch and the dining is excellent. But what really makes it are the super-friendly staff who really go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Breakfast at the Danaksara in the villa area was always excellent, we did a fantastic cooking class (thanks Hep!) and a wonderful organic mushroom dinner at Taya House and Cipriani's was excellent. Big shout out to the wonderful Minh and also to Nhung, but really to the entire team!

Family stay April
We stayed here as a family with two young children for 4 days and had a brilliant relaxing time. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with lots of facilities for the family- we were never bored .The aqua yoga was run by a very enthusiastic and helpful instructor. The kids club was great with lovely staff who were kind and attentive to the children. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a lovely stay - would def recommend
