Furama Resort Danang

I had a wonderful stay at Furama Resort. The service and hospitality were outstanding — the staff made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with a stunning beach and a very relaxing pool area. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

It's been my home away from home years and years. With extensive parts on the beach, big but very quiet and peaceful place to be that. Especially, the hospitality of all staffs is so warm and sweet with big welcoming smile. Now, it's making me not going to Danang, but just going to Furama for my peaceful time to pampering time.

Furama is a good choice for a relaxing holiday, but be mindful if the hotel hosts a conference during your visit. On our arrival, the hotel was extremely busy (due to a work event), so the check-in process was slightly disorganised. After many years, the hotel has retained its vintage style and beautiful scenery. A surprise was that the hotel hosts its peacocks around the main pool twice a day (9 am and 2 pm), and the animals are stunning. The beach was my favourite, as the private beach maintained the same high quality as the famous Da Nang Beach while offering some privacy to the city side (20 minutes down the beach). I did not swim in any pools, but the lagoon pool was beautifully set, though you should consider mosquitoes around the greenery. A taxi to the central part of the public beach takes roughly 10 minutes and about 30 minutes to the Dragon Bridge. I highly recommend participating in the lantern-making class with Vy and Suong. Both ladies offer a welcoming experience and ensure we create a high-quality product while having fun. The main reason for the 4-star rating was that the hotel allows guests to rent life jackets on the beach for a charge (at least, that's how I interpreted the beach rental board). The fee seemed an infringement of safety, especially with the occasionally aggressive waves. The lunch at the Indochine restaurant, which serves Vietnamese cuisine, was somewhat disappointing, and the hotel room does not provide weighing scales. This is a key contender for a relaxing holiday at Da Nang, but you may find better options depending on what you want to get out of your trip.

I stayed for three nights from August 17th to August 20th. I used a two-bedroom villa and was very satisfied. The resort location is close to the airport and close to the city, so I used it conveniently. There are many swimming pools in the villa, and when it was too hot, I used lagoon swimming pool, so I played without getting hot. It was convenient because I could go straight out to the sea. The food of the pool bar was delicious and the price was reasonable, so I could enjoy it without burden. "Quang Binh" was kind and quick to take care of me from check-in to check-out, so I enjoyed the vacation. I was grateful that he took care of my questions and needs right away and took care of me even after checking out." It was good that all the staff were kind, and the room condition was clean and the pool villa swimming pool was clean. If I have a chance to go to Da Nang next time, I would like to go to Purada again.
