Amazing, beautiful resort and kind staff
The location was perfect, every single staff that we met and interacted with was outstanding, very professional, extremely polite, ready to assist with any query we had and I extremely appreciated that, for someone that used to work in hospitality and luxury resorts myself, I am always very appreciative to watch hotel staff provide a high level of quality service, and everyone at the haian hotel did that, and has exceeded my expectations. Our room was clean, spacious and well presented. Thank you all for your warm hospitality and we will definitely come back again, love and appreciation to all ✌️.

Amazing trip to Furama Resort Danang
I loved my stay at Furama Resort Danang. The property was amazing from the clean beautiful beach, clean rooms and also the whole property. The staff are amazing from the time we stepped out of the car to front desk on arrival and to all the staff at the pool, beach, resturants, pickle ball, cleaners, wellness centre and I would especially like to shout out a BIG thankyou to Dieu from the front inquiries. Dieu was always there to help me with my inquiries and even would make calls to places I wanted to go to make appointments and see if places where open due to the public holidays. Her service was above and beyond exceptional. The only downfall was our shower had no water pressure and the hot water was a bit hit and miss sometimes in our shower so we couldn't even use the rain shower. We definitely stay again.
