This is the BEST resort I’ve stayed in. In fact, probably better than any of the Banyan Tree I stayed in. Hero welcomed us and checked us in at the club lounge. He gave detailed information about the resort. He was friendly and welcoming. You must stay in room types with club lounge access. I look forward to breakfast every day. The food and service is implacable! The Vietnamese pho with beef is so good and I finished the broth everyday. The French toast is like soufflé, soft on the inside and little crispy on the outside. Kay came by every morning to greet us and make sure we are well taken care of. Truong and Vu were attentive and helpful at every breakfast and afternoon tea. We loved the afternoon tea, it’s delicious and looked so pretty. Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the evening cocktail since we are either out or having dinner at their restaurants. All the restaurants within the resorts had great selection of food and enjoyed every dinner. All the F&B staff were attentive and professional. I’m in a wheelchair and the entire hotel team ie. buggy service, hotel reception took good care of me and provided assistance whenever needed since there were steps everywhere. In fact, there is no need to go out if you have seen Hoi An or Ba Na Hills. You can spend the entire time in the resort with food and activities provided. One feedback is the TV channel selections. I couldn’t find any news channels ie. CNA, CNN or BBC. It’s either local channels or movie channels. Not sure if it’s a case where I don’t know how to get to the news channels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I look forward to coming back to this resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Da Nang. The beach was perfectly kept and the staff were very attentive. I would like to give a special mention to Brandon, Lan Vu, Lien Tran from the Club lounge, Thanh from the Barefoot restaurant and Tina from reception.

Still can’t find the words to describe what @intercontinentaldanang gives you — the views, the vibes, the design, the food, the service… everything is on another level. But what really makes it special? The amazing people. Truly grateful to have seen this little slice of paradise. 🌴✨

LAN Vu, Lien Tran and Uyen from Club Lounge is really amazing! Besides this is my first time here for staying, for work not for travel, but really makes me like a real vacation! Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had the most amazing stay at the resort. The staff were awesome. In particular, in the Barefoot restaurant - Uyenle and by the pool - Nghianguyen.
