Justin is an exceptional bartender at the club lounge, and I would happily give him 100 stars if possible. He combines professionalism with a friendly attitude, making every guest feel valued and welcome. His cocktails are always crafted to perfection—balanced in flavor, beautifully presented, and served with remarkable consistency. Justin works with impressive speed and accuracy, even during busy hours, while still giving personal attention to each customer. He remembers preferences, offers great recommendations, and creates a warm, lively atmosphere. Thanks to Justin, every visit to the lounge feels special. He is truly an asset to the team.

Disappointing Stay at $500/Night My wife and I checked into this resort with high expectations, but we’ve already decided to cut our stay short after just one day and move to the Four Seasons in Hoi An. Here’s what went wrong: 1️⃣ Poor Service- For a $500/night hotel, the service was shockingly mediocre. The reception staff seemed inexperienced, and while they tried to be friendly, it lacked professionalism. At the restaurant, the server repeatedly got our order wrong. To top it off, the pool ran out of sunbeds—at a beach resort! 2️⃣ Terrible Food, Overpriced- We dined at their beachfront grill- barefoot, and it was a disaster. Overcooked steak and sea bass, and while they replaced the steak after admitting their mistake, it took 20 minutes—by then we’d lost our appetite. The bill? $200 for 2 appetizers, 2 mains, and 2 glasses of wine. We also avoided their Michelin restaurant (La Maison) after hearing it’s $300/pp for food that doesn’t live up to the hype. 3️⃣ Awful Buggy System- The villas are scattered across the hillside, and getting around is a nightmare. Every time we needed to go between the villa and the beach/restaurant/etc., we had to wait 15 minutes in the sweltering heat, with mosquitoes attacking us. Whoever designed this system clearly didn’t think about the guest experience. 4️⃣ terrible room design- room is dark with little light, terrible for older guests. Overall, a total disappointment. We will be heading to the Four Seasons Hoi An and hoping the rest of our trip saves us from this disaster. Would NOT recommend this place. 👎
