This resort was fantastic. My family and I booked two rooms, and from the start, we were really impressed with how easy it was to communicate with them. They emailed us right away to help with airport pickup and answered any questions we had about our stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and a staff member helped us with our bags and took us to the resort. Check-in was smooth, and we met our villa host, Lucas, who was amazing. He was professional, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Lucas truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. What stood out about Lucas was his personal touch. He checked in with us every day to make sure everything was ok. His attention to detail and genuine kindness really made us feel special. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views of the ocean and resort. The resort has a lot of great dining options, a tasty free breakfast, and plenty of activities. Its quiet location which made it a great place to relax. This resort really paid attention to the little things. From the cute bedtime stories, to the friendly staff, to the hand towels during airport transfers, every detail made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. When it was time to leave, they took us to the airport, helped with our bags and check-in, and even gave us access to a comfortable lounge to relax in before our flight. Overall, it was an amazing experience. My family and I highly recommend this resort, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Uyen Le was excellent. She was very informative with both the plants and the resort. We enjoyed touring the La maison 1888 restaurant and learned about its architecture.

Stayed at IC all over the world and this is the prettiest by far. Club lounge view was incredible, we could see the mountain monkeys swinging around the trees whilst we had breakfast. Laura, Brandon,Ruby and the team were very attentive and the service here was some of the best we have had. Rooms are immaculate and a great size and all with great views.
