Sea Cliff Hotel

We had the best new year's eve....my son loved the fireworks,it was a memorable stay for us.The room was soo clean and the staffs were soo welcoming.We will surely come again.

Positive Takeaways: 1. Good customer service in general 2. Cozy room with Ocean & Garden view 3. Clean environment with nice calming artificial glass waterfall at reception 4. Nice heavy iron and cushy ironing board were available upon request. Areas of Improvement: 1. Guest parking is WAY too far if you plan to drive. The hotel prioritizes Casino customers whose parking is right next to the property leaving guests arriving in their own cars to compete with visiting customers for parking. Glad it was not the rainy season as it can be a distance depending on which parking you secure to get to the reception. Tricky if you have many bags. 2. While Karambezi Cafe is known for excellent food, the In-Room menu was too limited. 3. Hence, in room food experience was average with the only memorable food item being the spicy chicken salad we had that was amazing. Alcove restaurant order later was much better and did not disappoint. Overall food options in room could be better. 4. The breakfast options included in the B&B were average. Croissants 🥐 felt stale unfortunately but the rest of the food was okay. Overall Takeaway: Not a bad option for a shorter stay. Good staycation option to recharge next to the ocean.

Really lovely staff. 1037058231 I arrived frustrated after the nearby hotel that I had booked and paid for, was closed for renovation without informing me. Staff were so kind, restaurants were lovely, rooms were excellent. Shame they don’t offer free Airport transfer.

We had a good experience at Sea Cliff Hotel in Dar es Salaam. Good breakfast with a lovely sea view that made mornings feel extra special. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile, which made the atmosphere warm and welcoming throughout my stay. It's clear that good service is a priority here. The only small issue I had was with the Wi-Fi—it could be a bit more reliable—but it wasn’t a major problem for me.

I am staying at Sea Cliff Hotel and is disappointed with the overall experience. The property does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel and would be more accurately rated as three stars. The room assigned to me had a view of the air-conditioning system fans, and the in-room air conditioning was very difficult to regulate – it is either too strong or had to be switched off completely. The Wi-Fi connection is extremely unreliable, frequently disconnecting, which made it frustrating to use. Breakfast options is also rather limited and doesnt reflect the level of variety one would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. While the location may be attractive, the quality of service fell well below expectations.
