Overpowering scent made stay so uncomfortable
Nice looking property in a great location. However, the custom scent that this hotel uses was so strong it triggered my wife's asthma. This has never happened to us at any other hotel we have stayed at. They wouldn't respond to requests for help and we had to leave really early after a horrible morning. There wasn't even a way to open a window to try and get fresh air. If you have any asthma or raspatory issues, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were exceptional, restaurant was so nice-not having to leave to eat and sitting oceanside, great stay, thank you!

US Open Tennis Fun! First time staying @ The Resort!
Was visiting for US Open Tennis Fun! It was excellent! Highly recommend the mud bath option on level 2 at the spa! Service was superb! First time staying, awesome time!

Suite at The Shores
an older property but well maintained, excellent staff and food experience. They do not honor government traveler tax-exemption certificate unless directly paid in advance by your city.

Disappointed - Keep looking for a better place
A less than average experience. From check-in to a cold (pasta) dinner to service and Security being really lax. Strangers (not guests) allowed to place advertising for pizza under the door every night. So there are strangers in the hotel - with kids running around, makes NO sense to me. The drinks were too strong - undrinkable (I know that sounds odd) The poolside food - arrived cold. The pool was cleaned only once over the weekend. Sand all over. Generally just below average. Keep scrolling and look for somewhere else.
