Best bar experience with Scotty
We absolutely love the hotel. We had a beautiful experience and really enjoyed the bar. Scotty was amazing. He was so personable and accommodating. We had a large party and knew our drinks all night.

Great Staff, Beautiful Views, and an All-Around Fantastic Stay
I had such a wonderful experience staying here this past weekend. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the views were truly stunning. I loved the variety of activities available—it made the whole stay feel like a getaway. The location is perfect, and my room was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Overcharged at checkout
Being overcharged by over $800 at checkout sadly has ruined the entire experience for us. I’ve spent 3 days arguing with rude management and have received no apology or accountability and only a partial refund. We booked our reservation through the Amex portal and I guess that has caused a lot of confusion on their end? It’s sad because we had a nice time and I expected this to be an easy resolution, not to have to argue for days to be properly charged.

Outstanding experience at a world-class hotel, run by a well trained team committed to service excellence. All aspects of my stay was memorable. Service was excellent from the arrivals team and the door and check-in, to the concierge, Hadia, to the restaurant hosts and servers... truly wonderful experience. And the setting is stunning! I’ll be back with my family and colleagues for future events too.
