Perfect Delray getaway!
Our stay at the Seagate was exceptional. Ideal location & wonderful amenities. The service was second to none especially at the Beach Club. Dan, in particular, went above & beyond. Each day he went out of his way to greet us & no matter what we needed - chairs, towels, food, recommendations, he was on it! Already looking forward to our next stay!

Suite 455 electrical issues/unresponsive management
Suite 455 needs a complete redo of the electrical system. The switches either don’t work or turn on/off the wrong areas of the room. Engineering admitted that they knew the room needed to be rewired but the hotel rented it to us without making the necessary repairs. Management is very unresponsive and does not return calls. This suite should be taken off the market until an electrician has the opportunity to rewire the entire room. I would never stay here again!

High-end hotel worth the spend
We had a great 4 night stay there from March 22-26 and the hotel was top notch and the Beach Club was a great asset. The walkability of the hotel location was awesome, we didn't even rent a car for this trip. All the staff were friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping to engineering. One downside was the lack of communication for what was going on at the hotel. Nothing in print or on the info channel as to what the hours were for the hotel pool or the beach club and we had to ask someone to write it all down for us. Nothing about when their exercise classes were being held, etc. They said it was on their website, but the website we found (didn't look like a Marriott version) had very little information. As another reviewer said, it was super disappointing that the dredging project was going on at the beach because our view was huge pieces of pipe instead of the shoreline. Other than that it was a great stay!

Great experience!
Juan was very friendly and always looking for ways to help out the guests. Perry at the pool is also great, he is always working hard and coming back around to see if you need anything. We have gotten to know him over the years since we come at least once a year and he always remembers us and is super helpful!

We had an amazing time at The Beach Club with our party of 16, and the entire staff made it truly special. A huge thank you to Elvis, Jason and Carlos at Mr. Seas for going above and beyond to accommodate our large group — the service was outstanding from start to finish. Juan and David at the poolside were fantastic, always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. The beach chair team, the bar staff, and honestly everyone we encountered were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
