Service only gets better and continues to impress
Another great stay! This must be my 10th stay over the years. Whenever I'm in town for a ski trip, I'll stay for a night or two. The service has only gotten better. I and I believe the rooms have been refreshed. I finally had a chance to try the breakfast, which is included with my Globalist benefits. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and also an omelette and waffle bar. Chorizo was a choice for the omelette and was great. This was the first time I noticed a card that listed things I could request. I of course requested a tea kettle so I can make tea. It truly felt like I had everything I needed. Grand Hyatt will be my first choice in Denver despite being a Titanium member of another large chain.

Wonderful place to stay
The hotel is gorgeous! The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious! Excellent customer service. The rooms were a good size and were well maintained.
