Grand Hyatt Denver

Rooms were not available as it was not cleaned. The front desk agent named Cameron who checked me in 2 hrs prior had also checked in my friend who arrived late but my friend who checked in 30 min after I had already checked in had been given a room before me which caused me to be late for the wedding rehearsal and missed all the rides going to the Basilica so i had to walk..Also for rhe amount being paid there should be at least one bottle water complimentary instead of charging $2.00 for water. The Grand Hyatt is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that did not have foot shower slippers or soap. As a Retired 24 Years United States Army who traveled the world and stayed at various Hotels expected more for a Grand Hyatt Hotel. I am also the brother of Maria Leal who paid lots of money for the Grand Hyatt

Everything was fine. My shower did not get hot, not even warm. When I told the desk person, he just said, "Sorry about that".

Had a great experience at hotel! Room was very spacious and nice. Valet staff was particularly pleasant, helpful and professional specifically Matt and Bremen. Great job to them!!

Hagan did an awesome job parking our vehicle and bringing our luggage up to our room
