Grand Hyatt Denver

We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt in Denver. This is our fifh year back and continue to stay at this location over other hotels. Location is great to walk over to the market 1 block over so you do not hear the rufus from your room. Yet close enough to many places ro dine and shop! Valet allows self parking for easy in and out access (We perfer self park vs valet to speed up getting in and out of the hotel).

Had a lovely trip! All staff were professional and kind - room was delightful and I loved the touches the hotel added for the holidays - a hot chocolate bar, beautiful lobby with a nice Christmas tree, and kid activities!

Great location. The lobby is nice and the resturants were good and reasonably priced. The Courier Marketplace had good and varied food choices and was fairly priced. The rooms were nice but a bit dated. The hotel is renovating rooms currently. The hallways are in pretty good shape.

Marcus, the valet was very helpful. I left my cell phone in the car and he ran down for it grabbed it for me.. He also gave a good advice on restaurants and directions , I was very pleased with his prompt service and professionalism Nicholas Heidemann

Smelled great, hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the season, King corner room was clean and so many thoughtful touches like automatic foot lighting on the nightstands and in the bathroom, big shower, friendly and fast check in service, walking distance from a lot of things, great amenities and beverage/food options including 24 hour room service. We were there for a company Christmas party and the food was amazing, the staff was great, we really enjoyed the whole night immensely. We loved our visit!
