Pulled into the Grand Hyatt Denver and Anthony, valet, greeted us and was so helpful. Also Josh kindly helped us with our luggage and brought it to our room. Thank you both! 😊

Truly was not as nice as I expected. It was okay but got the value I would pick the Sheraton or Marriott next time. Or perhaps even a boutique hotel.

Location wise, this hotel is convenient to anything you wish to do downtown. Outside of dining at the hotel, you are walking distance from family owned as well as chain places to eat at. I found a wonderful Pizza place 3 minutes away and a cute milkshake bar as well. The hotel screams high end. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is well taken care of and managed. I did like that I could check in prior to arriving. This allowed me to know if my room was available prior to check in time. All I had to do when I got there was grab my key from the front desk. The only thing strange about check in has to do with parking. You go in and let them know if you are self park or valet to activate your key. It just seemed that this could have been handled differently. Also, parking is outrageous at $67 a day for valet and $55 for self parking. As for my room, I was on the 10th floor and had an incredible view of the city and the roof track and tennis court. My room was very nice and clean. It had a comfortable bed, ample pillows, 2 chairs along with a desk for me to work at. I liked the motion sensing lights at the floor level in the bathroom and at the base of the end tables. Made it nice to not find a light switch when I got up in the middle of the night. The onsite gym was great. It was stacked with plenty of machines as well as free weight. It was in a room next to the indoor pool. The only thing about the room that rubbed me raw was that it had 2 bottles of Aquafina. However, they weren't complimentary with your $300 plus a night stay. They were $2 a piece. I have seen these complimentary even at cheaper rates. Overall, I did enjoy the hotel and would stay there again. My complaints are minor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is spotless, comfortable, and has an upscale feel throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious corner king room, which was beautifully designed and very quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had great natural light with nice views. Every area of the hotel, from the lobby to the hallways, felt clean and well-maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, which really added to the experience. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely return..
