Great Valet Guys
Parking at a downtown hotel is always a little stressful. Was greeted with awesome valet service from Marcus, Steven, Tyler and Malek. They were super helpful and quick in getting my luggage out, directing me clearly where to go to park, and were very friendly and cheerful. Presented all the parking options clearly with no pressure. Great job guys!

Great, helpful experience
I have had the nicest experience here. Specially the guest service section is doing a great job. I had Mathew who helped me with my luggage check in for the day and I had to get my luggage so many times but he didn’t show any sign of annoyance, in fact he helped me so much happily! Thank you so much!

Josh in valet went above and beyond with accommodating us with every part of our check in. His attention to detail was very appreciated.

Expected a nicer room for the money
Didn’t even need to turn the water on to take a shower. There was water leaking through the ceiling from the room above. Staining and bubbling paint showed this has been happening for quite some time
