The valet guys were exceptional! Matt and Raphael stand out as 2 guys who went above and beyond. I was traveling for work and had a large steel sign I had to transport. The guys offered to help me store the sign so I wasn’t lugging it everywhere and then in the morning not only did Matt retrieve the sign for me but he took extra time to clean it off for me (it was dusty). Truly above and beyond the scope of their work.

We were welcomed by Autumn on front desk, who as one of us was celebrating a birthday and recognising our Guest of Honour status, made our stay special. Autumn provided us with a corner suite giving views of downtown Denver and also the business sector of the city. The room was large for a city hotel, the beds and pillows comfortable and provided kitchenette facilities, two big tvs and a large seating area - very nice. Courier, on the ground floor, provides daytime (and 24/7 room service) food requirements from 6am and breakfast is served buffet style with a good choice of products; the orange juice in particular was very nice, the staff including Angel and his brother, were attentive and most helpful in giving advice as to what local attractions, such as shopping malls or Red Rock Amphitheatre, might be of interest to us. The odd homeless person we encountered when we walked around the city did not cause us any concerns nor approach us. Should we return to the area we will have no hesitation in staying at the Grand Hyatt again, the main difference from Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, which we also love, being the club facility which we enjoy at the latter. Please thank all the staff including room service for making our visit great, well done everyone.
