I wish we had spent more time here! Next time we will!!
Simply put this was an amazing hotel 5 star! Clean, modern space with attentive staff, close proximity (walking) to great restaurants and shopping area! I’d return or would use these properties in other locations.

Extremely disappointing experience — standards have collapsed
Completely unacceptable. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:00 AM, clearly saw the Do Not Disturb sign, and instead of simply returning later like any competent hotel would, they left a note saying they couldn’t clean the room because of the sign. That alone shows how broken and bureaucratic their service has become. It somehow got worse. I requested three towels so my kids could bathe — a basic, minimal request. After five hours and three separate follow-ups, the towels never arrived. Five hours. Three requests. Zero towels. Each time, the front desk offered the exact same scripted response: “I made the request to Housekeeping.” No ownership, no urgency, no resolution. Just passing the problem along and hoping it disappears. This is especially frustrating because we’ve been coming to this hotel for years. Sadly, the service, coordination, and overall standards have clearly deteriorated. Loyalty means nothing anymore, and what used to be a reliable place is now disorganized and indifferent.

We absolutely loved this hotel the rooms were a great size and perfect for a family. The staff were very friendly and it’s in a great location

Beautiful space, clean, impeccable service and quality amenities. Upscale but not snooty. One of the hotel’s restaurants, Local Jones, was tasty with a solid variety of food and drink. I have already recommended The Halcyon to anyone who will listen. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Christmas
We had Christmas at The Halcyon. Everything was wonderful. Rooms are so comfortable and the little touches around the hotel are very nice. The record players in the rooms, the fruit and water stations on each floor were two of our favorites. Valet service, two excellent restaurants, the pool, roof top bar, and beautiful decor added to our stay. We will definitely be back!!
