I live 30 min outside of Denver. Pretty regularly my teenage daughter asks me if we can enjoy the cherry Creek neighborhood for a weekend because of all the shopping and dining in the area. . Sometimes I choose to stay here by myself when I feel like a little staycation. At this point, they know me. I am always greeted with a smile and professional service I absolutely love the rooftop pool, which I also like to enjoy with a cup of coffee early morning. Downstairs Local Jones is a great restaurant for breakfast and Quality Italian is one of my favorite dinner. Restaurants in town. If you’re visiting in Denver, Cherry Creek is the place to stay and within Cherry Creek Halcyon is the place to stay 10/10 recommend

We had a fantastic experience at Halcyon last weekend. Valet Parking was easy and helpful. The pool was amazing, the service overall was unreal. Super friendly staff. Food top notch, I can't say enough good things about the stay. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at the Halcyon. The service was exceptional from start to finish, everyone was incredibly attentive, informative, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. The rooftop pool was a major highlight. Great atmosphere, awesome staff, good drinks, and an amazing view of Denver. We also had brunch at Local Jones, which was excellent, and finished one of our evenings with drinks at the Boys & Girls Club, such a cool, unique spot for an after-dinner cocktail. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, and exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend the Halcyon and would absolutely stay here again.

This is my third time staying at the property and first time utilizing as a business center for colleagues flying in from across the country. Benjamin and his staff were fantastic to work with and communicated throughout the process. Colleagues left impressed with the location, rooms and atmosphere of the hotel.

Our vacation rental canceled on us at the very last second, so I booked this on a hotel aggregator site for a "discounted" rate of $380/night. This is more than we typically pay for a hotel, so our expectations were pretty high. The good: Mostly excellent service, with a few exceptions Great location in a safe, bougie neighborhood, walking distance from a Whole Foods and a lot of nice restaurants (mostly upscale chains, but a few that weren't) and shops, including an enclosed mall Comfy beds with exceptionally lovely pillows Record players in rooms Nicely appointed bathrooms with walk in showers Nice amenities (only a few of which we were able to take advantage of on this trip): - "Gear garage" where you can borrow athletic gear for free - Free rides within a 3 mile radius - Fresh baked muffins in the morning and cookies in the afternoons - 24/7 coffee service (including lattes and espressos) - Nice rooftop pool and hot tub - Free passes for the Botanical Garden and the Zoo - Free exercise classes nearby - Free tea service and fruit on every floor The not-so-good: We were in room 507, and there must have been dumpsters in the alley next to our window, because pretty much EVERY morning over a five day period we heard them being emptied, and it wasn't quiet. Imagine a dumpster full of glass bottles being emptied loudly. We also heard people throwing what sounded like bags full of glass bottles into the dumpster in the evenings. Rooms not soundproof in general - heard our neighbors a fair amount, especially the ones above us Pretty small rooms Overall, I'd definitely consider staying here again at the right price. I'm not sure what we paid is the "right price" for me, but it would just depend on what else was available when we booked.
