Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek

I can’t give it more than 4 and that’s generous. It’s worn. Pool area packed tight. Mattresses are poor. Location is good and the 3rd shift lady Jaccuzi was great and cared.

Exceptionally stylish and creative design concepts, unfortunately at the expense of quality and service. For example, we arrive to find a record player in our room. Very cool idea - in theory. In reality there’s only a hodgepodge of bargain bin albums. The rooftop pool looks great in pictures but is cramped in reality. It reminds me of those comparison reels between influencer and reality. We upgraded to a corner view, and ended up looking into an office building close enough to see what’s on their monitors. Bedding looks nice, but feels rough and lumpy. The bath towels suck. Furniture in the room looks nice from afar, but it doesn’t take long to see the stains already setting in (presumably because they don’t have enough staff for a thorough clean). Valet spend more time on their phones than anticipating needs of guests. There are two attendants at the front desk, but one is always on the phone (presumably responding to constant guest complaints). They had an excellent media campaign, showing up in credit card rewards, magazines and online top hotel lists. Our American Express got us a credit for breakfast room service, but that can’t fix soggy toast and cold coffee. It’s the right choice if you’re looking for a great entry to your social media accounts, but if you want comfort and service then there are definitely better options at the same price point.

I am a frequent guest as i travel to Denver often for business. The staff exudes hospitality. They are always pleasant, helpful and professional. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding is high quality and the A.C works great. Highly recommended .

Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek has exceptional atmosphere and service. The team treated me with particular care and facilitated extra attention of my things. The hotel has a cool zine and is perfectly appointed with particular detail to design and luxury details. The food was exceptional and I am looking forward to my next stay.

Our recent 11-night stay at the Halcyon Hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely excellent—it serves as the perfect home base for exploring Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood, with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. As beautiful as the property is, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. Every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in our comfort. We have to give special shoutouts to Robert (Hotel Manager), Chuck and Rick (Bartenders Extraordinaire), Krzysztof, Carolyn and Cat (Front Desk), and Blaine and Samantha (Rooftop Pool). Their extraordinary attention to detail and proactive helpfulness never went unnoticed. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable, perfectly maintained, and endlessly welcoming. After nearly two weeks, it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend the Halcyon Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Denver! 🙏
