Hotel Teatro provides guests with a recently renovated, modern experience juxtaposed with the historic setting of the 20th century Renaissance Revival building in which it is housed. An ideal location in the heart of Denver’s music and theatre district, set against a beautiful Rocky Mountain backdrop, the four-diamond Hotel Teatro is surrounded by independently owned and operated restaurants and shops.

Ten years between visits here and they haven’t lost a step. Great location, comfy bed and fine staff. We love to walk and the shuttle service was great and helped us visit parts of town we would otherwise have skipped. We look forward to coming back.

Stayed at this hotel with my sales team and it was such a pleasant surprise! Morgan in the bar was phenomenal! Great drinks, great conversation, on top of her bartending game! Our corporate business room was staffed with the most pleasant people on the first day! Did not have to ask for anything! Ethan took amazing care of us! Such a big win!!!

This is my second stay in four years at Hotel Teatro, and the quality I remember from my last visit is still there. Fabulous location, charming lobby, comfortable rooms with an awesome bed. What particularly sets Hotel Teatro apart is the warmth and welcome of the staff. Everyone from the valet/greeter (Jeffrey) to the desk staff to the restaurant staff to the barista staff seemed genuinely glad to see us and to welcome us.

The Teatro is truly one of a kind. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a coffee shop and seating area that looks like a library with a fire place to sit relax and work. When I pulled up I was greeted by probably the most helpful valet I have ever experienced named Jeff. Jeff has been at the property for years and provided such wonderful service and was able to answer any questions I had about the hotel and the city. After check in I entered my room to find the layout to be comfortable and thoughtful. I was able to store my luggage away in the closet and forget that I was living out of my suitcase. The bathroom had a spacious walk in shower with a separate deep soaking tub. Not a lot of hotels offering a bathroom like that. The location was right next to the performing arts center which makes it convenient for a nightly getaway when attending a show. If I was local I’d be valeting my car with Jeff and grabbing dinner at the nickel before going to a show. Super convenient. Highly recommended this hotel!!!!

Sink had a giant crack, chair was stained, wall had stains on it, the track holding the curtains was ready to fall down, the balcony door handle was broken and the “balcony” was dirty with cigarette butts. Way overpriced. Friendly staff though
